Can we expect bitcoin below $50 ?

Keep it coming guys, I'm having a good chuckle right now with so many newbie accounts going around creating FUD. hahahaha. I say that no one feed this troll because its really funny seeing this paid schills spreading doomday scenario's.

Not in your dreams dude. We may have been in a lot of pressure lately and struggling. But I don't think that it will go down to even $3K as other have been predicting in the last couple of days.

Anytime soon? $50 is way too low! But I guess it could see $50 if it can't find a solid global use case in the next few years. Hopefully with all the talks of regulation we will see some stability that will keep BTC in the four figures for a good while.

Bitcoin costs less than $50. I don't think this will happen, if the price of the currency below $50, so the encryption monetary market will collapse, many people will therefore go bankrupt, I think it's not possible, unless the world's countries announced a ban on bitcoin, shut down all the encryption of currency exchange

This is beyond surreal IMO. Even with the massive slumps BTC is experiencing right now, it still is hard to see that bitcoin would touch $100 again, let alone sub-$100. There needs to be some form of catastrophe before this even comes true. There are already loads of deep pockets invested and have profited from bitcoin to just let their money-making machine die in vain. Think of all the hundreds of millions of dollars invested in mining machines alone; do you think these mining operators would simply let the fad die out easily?

I think even if Bitcoin was essentially banned in most major countries, bitcoin would still stay above $50, simply because it's so hard to stop people using it.

Bitcoin has value in its utility, it is still better than VISA for transacting value between countries, in particular those with sanctions and international transfer limits. If bitcoin slumps to $50, I will go mad.

I agree with your point. I think the author of this article is in a panic phase because the price of bitcoin is going down dramatically.
At present, the market is going down due to the impact of the US economy, capitalization of the US stock market has decreased considerably. I think traders need some time to stabilize the economy.

I think it will not happen at all because there are large investors and hedge funds are believing and they are ready to buy at reasonable price when the market in dip.
no bitcoin will below minimum $2000 but not $50. I think bitcoin will regain its orginal position $19000 this current years obviously. its dumping season may be temporary.

Are you serious upon making such irrelevent judgments like bitcoin going to as low as $50.See the trend is downward but you have pulled it far enough which is impossible. Wherever the market dips the investors buy at that price which in turn boost up the price. It will need huge crash(which is not possible now) to fall at that level.

Sure bitcoin is a very speculative asset. But you just simply can't compare it to silver. They're both very very different things.

Silver was a "new find asset" in 1980. Bitcoin and Silver have the same story if Bitcoin has some use. Atleast there is 16 kg silver in each cruise missile.

Large investors and hedge funds took silver price to $80/ounce in 1980. How did Silver come down to $9/ounce in 2015 ??

We all know bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are in a bearish trend right now, but $50 is too much of a stretch. It would take huge amounts of FUD and bans or from the government for it to crash that low.

Can we expect bitcoin below $50 ?

Yes. Bitcoin can go to $20. Bitcoin is just a speculative asset and looks like going the Silver way.

Silver was $80/ounce in 1980. Now it is $17/ounce.

And where did you pull that price out of? Just putting any price up doesn't makes it a possibility. Shit, it would be crazy if Bitcoin even manages to go below $1k now. Given the new users who joined bitcoin and the old hodlers, I don't think they are letting bitcoin drop below the $1k mark.
