Cryptos including BTC will skyrocket in 2018:

>200tn USD is parked in asset classes which are massively overvalued and are about the implode (stocks, bonds etc)
<0.4tn USD is invested in cryptos, of which some are massively undervalued due to yet to be widely acknowledged world changing potential

Large money flows will move into the crypto space soon. Limited coin supply result in skyrocketing coin prices.

For me the bull run has never stopped. Even more precisely said, it has been a continuous process from the moment I entered this market years ago. People should just understand that regardless of the volatility and massive dumps we go through periodically, the long term picture clearly shows an unstoppable bull run. I have always believed that we would eventually reach $100k, and not even for a single moment did that change. People for once need to relax during a correction, and especially so because of the fud and negativity that we tend to experience at such moments due to how well timed it is. Once the market is going up for a longer period of time again, we'll see how negative articles make place for positive articles, that's how things always go here.

The overall market cap could easily be in the trillions by the end of the year, but I don't see Bitcoin going up to 50k. Bitcoin is going to die a slow death and I guess Ethereum will take its place as the new leader due to far, far superior technology. Blockchain technology won't go away, the game is only about to get started, but I don't see much of a future for Bitcoin. Just ask yourself this question: if another coin would be created/released with the exact same parameters as Bitcoin but under a different name, who would want or need it? Bitcoin still enjoys a serious first mover advantage, but this can't last forever. The crypto market in general has a great future, but I think Bitcoin has just about served its purpose by now.

Well I think $50K is a little bit too optimistic. Maybe $30K makes more sense!

Will this prediction by some Crypto Experts that 2018 is a Bull year for Bitcoin To $50k, and with an   Overall Market Cap To $1 Trln going to end a truth?

Let's just put that kind of prediction as "good reference" on our future decision.

That prediction is consist of positive thoughts and a very bright vision on what will happened to bitcoin price this year. It will happened or not, no one knows. Take that prediction as good sign that investors really looking forward for more surprises on bitcoin price not just this year but on long term.

"There is no reason why we couldn't see bitcoin pushing $50,000 by December."

This kind of positive thoughts will really boost people's trust on bitcoin especially for newcomers who are not used to experience a heavy dip like happened recently.
Its not really bad to have those kind of motivation but this entire unpredictable market wont really be always a guaranteed to see on what we did expect because of those experts saying but somehow its a good thing that boost up some confidence and make some assumptions that we could able to reach out those levels. After the marketcrash i do somehow anticipated that reversal would happen sooner or later.

Having suffered in the last month by an onslaught of negative press it seems that the market has really responded to the comments from the senate hearing yesterday and that this could be the start of the turnaround. How far that will go is anyone's guess but there's not really anything major to suggest that we can't reach such levels this year. 1 trillion market cap is a lot closer than 50k bitcoin I must add. If I had to guess I would imagine a scenario where 1tn market cap is reached but bitcoin is a little shy of 50k.

It would be amazing to see that but I don't know if 50k will happen by December.

I could see maybe 25k.

But that's just me.

I follow one expert and says that bitcoin's bottom will be $6500 before going to another bull run and we will never see 4 digits again. As for the articles, its clearly that those who are giving predictions about bitcoin going to $50K at the end of the year as investors. So it really makes senses that they are going to be very bullish about it.

Nevertheless, such welcoming news to see that bitcoin has somewhat recovered from all of this crisis we have seen for more than a month now. So I would say that it might be the start of something massive here, we might even get to all-time-high and break the $20K barrier. Let's see how it pans out. Just don't get too excited guys. Smiley
