The bitcoin can disappear but most likely this will not happen its depending on how you are looking at it in my eyes if the market stays like this there will be no issues.
If the bitcoin will get bad news it can fall and disappear at the end.

With only some bad news the bitcoin will not disappear, there has to happen a lot more to get the bitcoin disappeared for sure, I think if the dollar fall the bitcoin can disappear soon or later.
Right now the bitcoin is really depending on the dollar so that is why I'm thinking like this right now.

This questions seems like "what if money suddenly lose value?"
Oh well, I'm sure there are plenty of dystopian books that can tell you what happens next XD

Just in case we lost internet connection, and all over the world, then i would say yes, bitcoin and all other online payment methods would disappear, but that's very unlikely to happen.

If internet goes back then it will be back also.  Grin

I think the disappearance that he is talking about is different.  It is about the scam thing from the first page. If it is a scam then we go back to where we are and hope that something better than bitcoin can be created again. That is "if it is scam" which is a hard thing to believe.
Correct but i do not think that would happen that the bitcoin will disappear because as of now there are may users believing that bitcoin will go long lasting like a fiat we are using right now.

Exactly that would be the case for all online transactions.  But of course if the internet comes back then the business resumes.  Bitcoin can disappear if we stop to use it.  If we ceased from investing, trading, and using it as a currency.  The more people use it the more demand and higher price for its value.

Bitcoin and other projects are here to stay including the rest of the coins that we someday almost though were dead. There are also possibilities that some countries will have thier own cryptos, but this is just what I have seen in the future, it could or it couldn't happen.

I am also thinking the same, we can see that there are some dead coins and they are still available among us , and there are some coins which the developers have leaved and are traded yet, then how will it be possible that bitcoin will disappear from among us!!

Yes, Bitcoin can disappear if there's almost/no nodes and no miners who process it. Its unlikely since there is over 5000 Bitcoin Nodes and a quite amount of miners are mining.
Therefore, if you want to support Bitcoin. Use the original Bitcoin Wallet. Ok, it take > 2 days to download blockchain but some useful features are integrated.

Cheers

The blockchain technology is here to stay. The future is difficult to predict, of course, but bitcoin has just begun.

Blockchain technology is indeed very good friends, you are trying to compare it to the BANK system you use. I am pleased with the technology BC than banks, because in technology blockchain (Bc) did not require the identity to make or perform a transaction. It makes my identity hidden in the internet and I can do things safely without the shadow of a Hacker. Indeed the future could not be known, but we can guess with good when looking at the events that have happened in the past
Cryptocurrencies are now a 'thing'. Bitcoin, however, may not last forever as there is bound to be at least one better coin by the next few centuries. We would not be here to witness that though but as I am sure of the words "nothing lasts forever" applies even to bitcoin also unfortunately.

True statement, no one lasts forever  and on anything  in this  world  or on universe, every thing has its own limit. Everything has a beginning and also an ending. Bitcoin wouldnt last forever  but  im sure that   i would take a long time for it to disappear since  already many people are already engaging into it especially to those huge investors out there.

It can disappear in a split second. You won't even notice it. But it is only one way: electricity collapse. It would bring everything down, including BTC.
it cannot just disappear, those things are basically impossible and it will basically never happen, i hope that bitcoin will become big
bitcoins surely cannot disappear though i hope that banks will actually become not used in the future, that would be the best because bitcoin would grow then

The bitcoin can disappear but it will not happen very fast because it stays of course a currency that is not stable and go down but it has some potential.
I think it will only get bigger and bigger and not fall very soon.

I personally do not see any possibility of bitcoin being somehow unused, unless people stop using it or trusting it, but this is very unlikely to happen, from my point of view.

Of course. Someone somewhere will still be using bitcoin full-time. But that is limited to as long as they can get anything from it.
But if major users have gone, there will be no much reason to mine so the miners will be gone eventually.

I don't think that could happen anymore because bitcoin is now use almost all over the world.if there is no users, then it could be a useless coin but never disappear.
Yupp me too i don't think that could happen because for me bitcoin now is famous even some country are not using bitcoin as their currency and in some country bitcoin are famous where they are using bitcoin to pay online or there bills monthly where they're using it for trading also into another crypto-currency

We cannot be sure what will happen in future, it may or may not disappear, no one can judge the future of bitcoin, if price will fall to extreme level then it can disappear in future.

Technically, bitcoin will never disappear nor be deleted.
It is only possible to just lose its value.
If that happens, it will be safe to say that it has disappear.
But to answer your question, yes it is possible.
There are many different opinions regarding this topic but I am agreeing with you that value of Bitcoins will fluctuate but it would not result to an end. Bitcoins are still new and growing so I think it has long future. Yes nothing is impossible but according to current market situation bit coins will never end and in my views their value will rise very soon because of huge demand.

Well all things born and die someday, i do hope with bitcoin it can be diferent. About the price sure it will keep going up and down year by year, but if colapse it will be the end to it, a coin that hasnt any volume its considered dead.
For me i think it is good that the price will not goes up too high because if the price will goes up no new users are willing to invest, and the demand will goes down that is why i think this was good enough for the value of bitcoin
