I totally agree with you, there is no reason for bitcoin to be a scam. Bitcoin is one of the cryptocurrencies and it’s now getting more and more powerful and many people know about it and trust it so how can it be just a scam? It’s not like some investment sites that sometimes scam you and take all your money, it can’t take away your money by scamming because it’s money itself. Of course it will disappear sooner or later.. Exactly. Bitcoin will not actually disappear but will lose its value when people stops using bitcoin, therefore there's no more value into it anymore. Technically, bitcoin will not disappear and will stay in its network but the amount of usable bitcoins can decrease from various reasons such as lost keys/wallets, sent to wrong, unexisting addresses, etc.But if value goes down in future then I don't think many would be interested in using it, and if people completely stops using it then there is a full chance that bitcoin can disappear.

Well if by disapearing you mean that people store them on an offline wallet and lose the key or forget the wallet info then yes, they cant ever be returned. No, I don't believe taht people will panic since btc is not yet that wide spread in the world.

I think bitcoin can disappear only if the need for it disappears, I don't think that will happen anytime soon and bitcoin covers multiple needs for people, IMO it will disappear only if something better than it comes up and that won't be the case at least for the time being.

Bitcoin has already been in internet history as a successful crypto that's being used in the real world so I doubt bitcoin would become unused. People here share some of their over fear statements without any backing points for that. thats true, bitcoin is definitely not a scam and it will never be, in my opinion bitcoin definitely cannot disappear ever

In a very hypothetical manner Bitcoin can disappear, however it is highly unlikely and there isn't really any worry when it comes to whether or not Bitcoin will survive the next decade. As long as everything keeps going on the predicted path and nothing changes, Bitcoin will more than likely have a healthy community in 2026.

I believe bitcoin will continue to advance and there will be more people using bitcoin so it will not disappear.You don't have to worry, because you'll never get through where the price of the bitcoin down and stable, the price is very high and back to normal. This is definitely going to happen in the future, so we are only obliged to search for bitcoin as much as possible and sell it when the price is very high
