Bitcoin cannot become a global currency because the regulators won't simply let it happen. Bitcoin's decentralised and it can't be controlled by anyone and the Government, regulators don't want the masses to have that decentralised power, they just want to make sure that they have the power centralised and in their own hands.
It can actually be irrespective of its present condition.
It may only take time. And some things will have to be put in place, like proper withdrawal machine or medium. With which anyone can comfortably access and make withdrawal as cash. Probably like an ATM.

I think Bitcoin was a global currency already because wherever place you are and as long as that place legalize Bitcoin you could use it. In fact, there are some countries are now seen the potential of this coin that's why they allow it to use in few transaction like in local stores. Though there are still some countries who are against it but it might change if it'll introduce well in their place.
But the fact is there are many countries that ban the use of bitcoin, for instance, if you come to my country bitcoin does not apply to be a means of payment. My country's government makes bitcoin as the illegal currency used for a payment. Global currency is maximized is all the use of bitcoin legalized, if you want to exchange money in local exchange in the country is not your place, I am sure with 100% you will not do it. A lot of things have to be met when creating a local exchange account, and I think this applies across the country.Its impossible to ban bitcoin
Decentralised blockchains can be regulated only by miners or users. There is no way for humans or governments to regulate bitcoin.
Governments can only accept bitcoin in their Law systems or ignore it.

Many people in the current economic circles do not think that bitcoin can become a global currency but that is because they are not looking hard enough into the future if they did will realize that bitcoin as a technology is way better than fiat but they do not get that since they are economist and not people that know about how technology evolves, since new and better technology always replaces the technology that is outdated.

Yes now more and more countries are now accepting bitcoin which is making the worth and importance of bitcoin even more than before, bitcoin is being famous all over the world, It has benefits and it will make us rich day by day, we should contribute to the bitcoin popularity because it has benefit for us, bitcoin is almost done to be global currency because in the whole world almost 90% of countries have accepted bitcoin.

I don’t agree with you. I think that the world is turning towards crypto currency and in the future the whole world will use only crypto for their daily payments in their local markets. I know it will take long time but one we will see that all other currencies disappear from the market and only cryptocurrency is usable all over the world.

There are things which are not in favor of the bitcoins for now but we cannot say that things will never change. Since it isn't restricted to use in particular countries, and can be used anywhere the seller accepts it.
It is the future of money. It is the new normal.
In my opinion the future is that of digital currency and no doubt it will take over but not say anything about the time. In short period it is not possible but in the long run it is possible because the trend is now changing and people want to invest and use digital currency all over the world. I am optimistic about the bright future for bitcoin holding the whole market. Since it isn't restricted to use in particular countries, and can be used anywhere the seller accepts it.

In my opinion Bitcoin is somehow global currency because there are still some countries prohibited this thing. We can also say that it is global currency because wherever place you were as long as that counrty accept bitcoin then there's no problem.
