Agreed, there are now two different paths to the same partial youtube address, and the url of the rickrock video did not match.

Looks like there is some extra bytes of data after eof of the image file. In ASCII:

What is more interesting is the increasing bounty on this piece. Without monetary incentive I doubt there will be many people trying to solve this amazing puzzle.
I like this because it reminds me of early Cicada 3301 puzzles. I thought that it was pretty easy at first but I know see how I was wrong, some parts are haaaard :/.

weird, i got a Mail, 3 links to some HEX codes.

as a previous poster answered, if you use a Hex editor and save it as .jpg you'll get a picture
