I don't think that is true, I think just because the market is on downfall you think of that. There are lots of news that bitcoin is being legalized all around the globe, meaning it is being recognized by different countries. I can say that they really appreciate and adore the features and platforms of cryptocurrency. Regulating bitcoin is really impossible since it is decentralized, no one runs it. We are the only one who supports it and also the investors who are the big factor why some projects are becoming successful.
It seems to me that it is better to be prepared for the fact that the price of Bitcoin may fall, not only grow to 14,000 dollars. You really need to be prepared for the low price of Bitcoin and buy it!

No, that is not the main reason for Bitcoin losing popularity, but because the government is still afraid to adopt Bitcoin as a legal payment method. So that makes people reluctant to use Bitcoin in their daily lives. Bitcoin will remain the greatest ever since digital money existed.

The price is getting down doesn't necessarily mean that the voice are losing the publicity , honestly they are more known by the public than ever and the price is something that you cannot predict therefore the reasons that your might think of it being happening is futile until and unless there are actually government getting involved she forcing people to sell out their coins.
Like in India.

Bitcoin is an online currency.  Even if started with a lower price.  Now its value is beyond the reach of ordinary people. But, nowadays, it seems that Bitcoin is losing its popularity.Because, not receiving validity in low income countries. It may be the main reason.

I disagree with what you say, what is your basis for saying that bitcoin is losing popularity. although the price of bitcoin is far from reach, but the longer people will understand about bitcoin and I'm sure many people who want to devote to bitcoin. bitcoin is very easy to use to trade anywhere and is more efficient than fiat currencies. if you only have the main reason, because bitcoin has no validity in low-income countries. in my opinion it will not affect the popularity of bitcoin.

3 years ago, bitcoin gain so much popularity; due to its high price and being more consistent. If you are gonna compare it, Bitcoin is more popular before than today. Thus, it is losing its popularity but still worth it. Right now, bitcoin has value.
You still remember with bitcoin price three years ago where above $15K, maybe you invested your mining three years with bitcoin higher price, but today bitcoin down half to $8K and give less popularity with bitcoin, many investor have move to other investment kinds where they want to invest with gold or property assets. Iinvestor have waiting more than two years but bitcoin price still down and never raised to higher price again.

Duh. It isn't. My country is one of those countries you described,
he didnt say any name of a country but he only said low income country , so you mean your on a low income country ? if it is then what is the name of that country ? low income country are the ones that is not strict but those high income countries are those who are more stricter based on my observation .

bitcoin did loose popularity because its price decreased or seem to be stable now , meaning no people have joined yet .  not unlike to when its hyped , its value grow rapidly because new people are entering quickly

That's how people think, when bitcoin increases they say bitcoin is very or increasingly popular and when bitcoin decreases they say its popularity decreases, and those words often appear.
and in my opinion the popularity of bitcoin has not diminished, and actually the popularity of bitcoin continues to increase because many people are just starting to get involved in it and only need time and adjustments to be able to increase bitcoin and I am very optimistic about bitcoin popularity.
Many things cause the price of bitcoin to fluctuate. For example, market demand, news and more. I am of the opinion that the current high price of bitcoin is the influence of bitcoin popularity. From 2009 to 2019 now, the level of popularity of bitcoin continues to increase and it can be seen from many countries that have adopted this as a payment system in various outlets. The fall in the price of bitcoin does not prove that its popularity has fallen.
In trading, news will affect prices very quickly. Is it because of the fall in prices can be expressed as a decrease in popularity ? I don't think so, but if the number of bitcoin holders drops dramatically in large numbers, then I think that is an indication that the popularity of bitcoin has fallen.

Bitcoin is still the most popular cryptocurrency in the world. It is what comes first to the minds of everyone when cryptocurrency is mentioned because it has turned to be a public spectacle now. It has the largest market cap which means it has the highest dominance on the market. Most investors look out for its market movement before deciding on investing in any other coin.
If we are saying that bitcoin is losing its popularity, its like saying that crypto is losing its popularity.
You are right, bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency since its holding a very high dominant rate and as long as the market will not be stable, it will be difficult for altcoins to surpass the popularity of bitcoin.

Can you be more specific what low-income countries are those and do you have data to support your claim or this is just an assumption, not because the price is not what we come to expect we can say that Bitcoin is losing popularity
You can check it here https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=today%201-m&gprop=news&q=bitcoin you can hover on per region and you'll see that Bitcoin still holds the number 1 search term in that region in Canada, China Russia, and other countries.
Well firstly, I don't think you should look at the popularity of something off Google Trends. It isn't a good indicator of how many people use it, what transactions are there, etc, it's just how many people Google something which might not be the best data.

I'd actually argue the different thing - Bitcoin adoption in those smaller countries, like South Africa and other African countries have been extremely important and they are probably one of the main countries/continents that utilise Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies.

I don't know why did you say so that the popularity of the bitcoin is losing right now, maybe because of the huge dump of bitcoin and that was the reason you say that.
I also wonder because in my point of view it was getting more popular as time goes by. I don't think the decrease on btc's price is the reason why OP make such statement, I think the countries which ban bitcoin or any form of crypto. Okay! Let's assume that a certain country refuse to adopt btc, for me it remains popular because they knew about it in the first place — they are aware of such thing. Am I right? Cheesy Less adoption doesn't necessarily mean less popularity.

The people can still reach the price of bitcoin and it is an ordinary matter that the value of the bitcoin as very high as  of now and the reason behind this is the dominance of it around the world market. This also was the reason why bitcoin become more popular to the people hust because of it's validity and the dominance of it around the world trading. bitcoin's dominance in the crypto-currency market is currently over 65%. Considering there are thousands of all coins, and Bitcoin has 65% of the market, that proves that pic when is still popular.

What is the validity you mean here because most of the low and third world countries trying to adopt blockchain technology as well as cryptocurrency for their government.
Reason is it will give better exposure for them in the international business market.
Fact is cryptocurrencies are getting popular in all the places including third world countries.

Although Bitcoin is losing popularity as you said, Bitcoin will continue to spread his wings throughout the world step by step. I don't think that now Bitcoin has lost his popularity, many whales still want to buy Bitcoin.
I don't believe that OP did the right statement, Bitcoin never been losing its popularity but instead, it gaining more. Only the price steps down but it actually never been dump too dip. The name Bitcoin still soaring high, in fact, many establishments accept Bitcoin which I believe this could be a start for huge crypto adoption and helping to promote Bitcoin as another mode of payment.
I agree. Bitcoin wont losing popularity, in fact it is being recognize because it is accepted as mode of payment on different country. Low price of bitcoin and small movement of it on the market does not a conclusion to think that it is now not popular, it just part of its volatility and still many cannot afford that price of bitcoin to have an investment.

Bitcoin is just starting its line to surpass anything. yet all country still banning and wanted to control it but in the other way they make bitcoin more famous. curiosity will bring awareness and demand. popularity of bitcoin will expand more that all users will benefit. no one now will going to stop bitcoin.

Government are egoist, they are eradicating all of the things that gets on their way that they can't handle. Fiat is their slave, and so we are (if we use fiat), it is true that they banned bitcoin because they can't control it, however with fiat, they could do all things they want from it, they can burn it or remove its price whenever they want to, they are also the one who gives value to fiat because they have the power to do so.

Bitcoin is beyond their limit, banning it won't' stop bitcoin, and that is what annoys them.
