Just checked the uquid.com/fees and I have some question which I hope you can answer those (I checked before for any answer but I may miss any).
1. Monthly Service Fee 1€, if my balance is 0€ will it be -1€ or will remain still 0€.
2. Is IVR free to call from skype or does exist any other source to call for free in this number to check the balance.
3. When i transfer bitcoin to uquid account, does it convert automatically to € when I try to withdraw or purchase something online or I should convert first and then spend these money.

1. The maintenance fees VISA charge you per month if you have balance in your card and do not using. If you have 0euro, VISA can not take money but your card will deactive after 3 month not using. Therefore, we always advice users
keep money in uquid balance,
buy and load card when they need use. should not keep money in card
2. when you call to check balance, rate will apply base on your local network, you can call from skype if you have skype credit balance only.
3. you have 3 option when
deposit uquid balance (euro,usd,gbp) you can exchange between them before you want transfer to another account with different currency
