the problem with him is his card have no balance. we can not use card with 0$ in balance for shopping.

your card will have AVS matching with information you register, that mean you can pass all online website checking AVS like Amazon ....

We can not direct ship uquid plastic card to paskistan, but that customer using forward address, friend address in country which we can send to and he bring card to pakistan for using. We just confirmed with him that his card will work worldwide even in pakistan.
