Howdy. After read the threads related to this type of service, I've got some type of specific questions (many of them affecting all users but curious why no one have asked about them yet):

• 1. About post #155 - if this fee is not "hidden", why is not exposed into the official fees list? People DO want to know such things. Also - which exactly "paygate" are you using? BitPay or? In order to check their site fees for deposits how much exactly is;

• 2. As you might already know - when added a VCC to PP they charge €1,5. A card wouldn't be verified is there is no money inside into the VCC card balance, e.g. Uquid account balance - so users with 0 Uquid balance even when having a free VCC from your won't be able to add & verify it on PP (they charge $1 when adding to check the card validity, then €1,5 more). Please fix your " https://uquid.com/account/list-exchanger " which redirects to a place which requires an account to be logged in (people without accounts can't see it). It should probably goes to https://uquid.com/solutions in the middle of the page.

• 3. On this topic the woman alani123 have posted a review/self experience (pretty nice to see an advanced user from the other side). She said that deposits are done through "BitPay". Is that right? So this is your "paygate"? Also please provide this type of info somewhere into the FAQ pages of the site - people DO want to know that you're operating through "BitPay" (widely used payment gateway accepted from many merchants worldwide and sites).

If yes, integrate someshow this API file to be visible with columns/rows into your site into a new section named "Rates" with directly ported those from the bitpay.com/api/rates site.

• 8. What is the average time to receive the verification code (expuse code) from PayPal, Skrill or other companies to verify there your added card there? Also what is the avg. time to receive Withdrawals (cashouts) from PP-to-your VCC for example (in business days or normal days; or hours)?

• 9. Provide more extended information into the uquid.com/aml page about AT WHAT POINT your site admin requires a specific account to be "Verified" exactly. Yes, on your site uquid.com/features-and-limits here are mention only CARD limits, but nowhere any word about the maximum "Top-up/Exchange/Transfer" (-from and -to the account) amount that can be made through the other methods available - before being asked for an ID/Proof of Address. Add this answer to the FAQ page.
  
  When we talk to an address - can the address / name be changed after the registration of the account or this is not possible? Also - the registered name/address must match the provided Identity Docs, right? So probably you might have such an option to change them (if some user register with wrong details) on-the-fly even after the registration, incl. the phone number. What about people who wants a physical Visa card - it is sent to the registered address (which can or cannot be changed after the reg, no one knows, probably the current registered users only) OR only to the verified (ID/PoA) address, or can be sent to a totally different (requirement from the user) address (to best fits his needs, e.g. travelling, moving, etc.)?

• 11. Adding physical uquid.com/contact-us company address - Headquarters address & Google Map, incl. Customer Representatives building address & Google Map, registered numbers (101302 / FSC0056BNK), VAT if possible - under the EU directive it's legally required this type of information. Also again under the EU directive - like on PayPal - please provide a full sheet "List of Third Parties (other than Uquid Customers) with Whom Personal Information May be Shared".
