Hi..
I would like to ask if there is really a delay of transaction this days? Because some were making excuses for payment now, they said that transaction really delay.

Are you talking about the confirmation ? If you pay more fee on your transaction, you will get more faster confirmation. So it's depend on your fee, actually you can use some txid accelerator though or you can simply visit service section and find a thread that can accelerator your tx.

If this is anything to go by, I haven't witnessed any of such in recent times and even when I carried out a transaction with a ridiculous fee, it confirmed in due time which means with the right fee, in a matter of minutes to few hours, you should get your payment.

However, due to the recent fork and the ongoing technicalities attached with it, it could lead to it but this has not been confirmed as several wallet and service providers didn't release any statement to that effect that it could cause any disruption in their blockchain network as such. But you need to also be weary of individuals who would want to use the opportunity to give them more room for scam purpose.

There was a delay because of the huge number of transactions before the fork. And if they chose to pay less for the transaction fees.

Hmmm. don't you think that it depends on the selected fee? In coins.ph the higher the fee, the faster the transactions. I don't know how that works in your country.

Bitcoin isn't bound by country borders... A transaction is always broadcasted troughout the network of nodes in a matter of seconds (unless there is something wrong with the transaction, like double spent inputs, dust outputs, a fee that is so low the tx gets rejected by some nodes,...). Wether or not the broadcasted transaction ends up in a block in a  reasonable timeframe depends on the fee.
yeah, its true..but i think this respondent talking about the sender and reciever of bitcoin convertion to specific individual.sometimes its on the recievers information that makingvthe transaction delayed, always check every single details of the recipient before sending.

I didn't feel any delay. But yesterday, when I went to the exchange to buy bitcoin, I told you that there were hard forks, and the system was unstable. Don't let me extract bitcoin. What a hell of a thing Lips sealed

Hi..
I would like to ask if there is really a delay of transaction this days? Because some were making excuses for payment now, they said that transaction really delay.

A transaction is alway broadcasted in a matter of seconds... It's possible the transaction remains unconfirmed for a while if the sender cheaped out on the fees.

At this moment, the recommanded fee to have a 95% chance of getting into the next 3 blocks is 110 sat/byte. This is still reasonable. It has been lower, but it certainly has been higher: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

In other words: the people making excuses saying that there is a transaction delay are not telling the truth... If they need to fund one of your addresses, they can do so in a matter of seconds, and if they didn't cheap out on the fee, their transactions will be confirmed in less than 30 minutes (on average).
