Those are common reasons.When a player get too convenient into a place on where he do gamble then most likely he would decide to stay up to this place forever until
he wrecked up his own wallet on playing.

We are talking about Dice which cant be seen offline.So particularly this do pertain with online ones.

As a web developer, I'm a bit sensitive to the design and presentation of a site, but I know most scams will put much work on their design as well (since it's the only thing they'll build anyway).

So I'd go with years of presence and generally good ratings/reputation from the community.

I think we have the same experience. I disagree on the 1st and second but I agree on the third one that you said which was support because that is important not only on gambling but on almost all services because there will be times that we will encounter an issue and we need something that can assist us much better if its done in a fast possible way other than sending a ticket via email .

Ui is something that many have not concerned with as long as they can play the exact game that they are looking for . domain name isnt also important as long as its not a n obvious sh*t name .

You have trust in these big banks but they are obliged to the government and can any time take an action against your interest under the laws of the government. You could be taxed high. I mainly play on casinos with good reputations and long histories, and casinos with good UIs, helpful features and good support. In the case of dice there's really not much that can be improved on because the game itself is very simple, but I still do look for a site with good support and good reputation in case something happens to go wrong, so I don't have to wait weeks to get my money back. Fast withdrawals and deposits are also important. I can wait a little while for deposits and withdrawals because confirmations take a while to come in, but it definitely helps for a site to have quick withdrawals and perhaps 0-confirmation deposits.

I'll go for promotion and zero complaints when the Dice game is well promoted, people can be sure that the site is making money because you need a big amount of money for promotion, and if the Dice game has zero complaints, then we can easily tell that they offer great service to gamblers.

Do you think there can ever be a site with zero complains? I think its impossible because I have seen very organized and reputable sites have with different kind of complains. When dealing with humans, you can be rest assured that you cannot satisfy everyone. There will always be that one person that is not cool with the services you render so they come to complain.

Popularity is the one that makes a gambling website successful. If people hear a good review of that website and the owner of that website manages its player well through events and make sure their funds are secured then people will keep coming back to that website. Same like a product you buy, even if there are many brands that is even cheaper you still buy the one that is popular.

Reputation does speak it all.If we do see zero complaints then we can conclude that they are doing well which means their dice game is fair, non shady plus having a good support plus good UI.Overall package is set because if a site does provide convenience to its users then it would be considered by people to be the best place to play on.
