You can find a lot of business that provides similar service but still, everyone has own customer. For example there are a lot of pirate movie streaming website but you usually use one which is absolutely not different from other ones, why? Maybe because of design, because of easy domain or etc. In dice, yeah every casino offers similar name but not other things like: website load speed, bet speed, user interface, support, speed of deposit/withdraw, promotions and etc.

Even if the website has got some process that is little difficult to follow people use it. This is all due to the comfort one has experienced even when others find it difficult. Well, you are right about that. Know Your Costumers or KYS is something that can make a number of people annoy because they aim at enjoying the gambling but due to KYC, they just cannot do that. But this is just to make sure than no illegal thing happens in which case the website/company would have to bear the charges.

But, I think that every problem has a solution and may be a company/website might pop up with this problem solved.

There are things that I noticed lately as I tried to explore in different gamlbing sites.
Some site have KYC and I really hate that thing because we are here to enjoy and we want everything that is instant.

As the gambling industry is improving, a lot of competition has come in the market, but we can only be loyal to the sites that we feel comfortable with.

The first thing I would put into consideration when choosing a casino is their payment method. I will ask if the withdrawal and deposits are fast, ill check to be sure they don’t incur high fees and then I would do a proper research to know how much the casino has been rated.

I would not also forget to dig deep into the site security, when and who created the site, past experiences etc. because it won’t be funny to wake up one morning to hear that the site has crashed. So, I take my time to know much about the existence of the site and lastly The sites design is paramount. I love catchy designs, something that can keep me for long playing, so I would love to have a great time playing my game.

I value the User Interface or UI. If the UI is colorful and fits my eye then I'll be playing on that site. I mean it's too addicted for me to get attached to a gambling site if that site fits my appreciation in colors. And also games, if they have the games I'm playing, I'm playing on their site more often.

Purely depends on the comfort levels. If I am happy with where I am and they are not screwing me than I am most of the time happy. I just wish to continue playing the gambling game whatever that is and not be disturbed, if there are no problems given to me by the casino than I will go with my day very happy about the games I am playing and I am having fun.

Sometimes some casinos create issues like withdrawal or getting hacked or whatever and when there are issues like that it disturbs my fun and at that moment sometimes I wish I never gambled there at all. However, if nothing like that happens than I am a person who is responsible about how to gamble and I do not lose much, I only deposit amounts I am comfortable with and that makes it easier for me to enjoy gambling.

The first thing anyone would put into consideration in choosing a casino is its reputation. No one wants to fall victim of fraud. I have personally had very ugly experiences in with some casino sites so I make sure I dig dip into reviews before playing. I run way from any casino site with a scam history and I don’t even play on new casino site.

I also think I would choose a casino site with a good customer service over others. I can’t imagine myself playing and when in need of help I don’t get a friendly customer service to attend to my need. And lastly maybe the design. This isn’t that necessary because I don’t really pay much attention to that but it can only be an added advantage.

One of the main factors is that the credibility of that gambling site, they must reliable and users friendly for example is just easy to approach by any complaints. And of course second is having a faucet to test your luck and of course it is very lucky gambling site if they have raindrops. So far I have been known is Windice gambling site. Most of us want free to test their site if how it works and of course how to chase winning against house edge.

Apart from the main features like provably fair, reliable support, user-friendly interface, I also see how crowded a site is. If the number of users who come each day is relatively big, then I believe that such site is worth visiting.

For me the main factors are a low house-edge, different currencies to play with and - if possible - an option to invest in the bankroll.
Coins like DOGE suit the most for me since martingaling will last longer than with BTC or ETH (due to my limited balance).
