It makes me wonder why people create opportunity and at the same time try to screw their contributors..

People still do that Because it's hard to get money now,

Yeah but your chances are slim.
Narrowmindness is the reason behind that IMHO.

People still do that Because it's hard to get money now, it's hard to find work and get job because of covid effect and war. So it's not strength for me becauae my friends on my side still do that job, he slowly collect sat by sat and after enough withdraw he exchange it to fiat for the necessities of life.

Bitcoin Isn't some easily rewarded altcoin, I'm just sure about how much you know that..; Those sites would simply get anyone screwed, anyone that's too much in a haste to gather up 'em SATs.
This whole thing is more like a crypto faucet; I'm not sure about this particular one but I know that we've got alot faucets that are paying currently, but that's just a waste of time and energy dude.
There's this one I came across -way back when I was a newbie - and I saw the options, including the fact that any withdrawal needed a stipulated fees to deposit, just imagine!! It's better that 'em rookies don't fall for scams that looks real like this one.

This is called scam. I think most of these sites don't pay their investors, and they got the investment money and remove that user account.
Stop wasting your time on scam websites that will get money out of you and later scam you.

Not only the investor got scammed, investor or user of this site also earns money from AD clicks  Grin

You would be better off redirecting the energy spent on stuffs like this to actual productive work, like learning a new skill or gaining more knowledge about Bitcoin. Faucets were rewarding once upon a time but nt anymore and come with the added risk of identity theft.

Bitcoins are getting more and more expensive and getting scarcer, so there's no easy way to earn more from ad clicks and so on.
The price has been stable for sometime but historically been getting more expensive, so that passes, but it is not getting scarcer, the supply is actually increasing with each new block and has not fallen far short of demand.

Typical scam. You work hard for that account of yours in any of those sites and when you're about to cash out, you'll be ticked in with their additional requirements.

It's like the exchanges asking for KYC for withdrawal but your money is in there but in those platforms that you've said, they're unlikely to comply even if you comply.

So, let's say that you've provided all of those details and requirements including the active referrals, they might add another requirement and that is for you to deposit. And from there, you will already hear the echo of how typical that scam is.

It makes me wonder why people create opportunity and at the same time try to screw their contributors..

Because any experienced person who is involved in the crypto industry knows that the fastest earnings come from scams, not from providing some services. It's much better to take everything for yourself than to constantly share it with someone else, leaving you with only a portion of the funds. This is why crypto scams are created, because they are insanely profitable, you can spend money on templates, spend money on advertising and then build a good pool. While cryptocurrencies are still very weak in terms of regulation, while cryptocurrencies are too unexplored space for many, while people will chase easy earnings, scammers will feel fine.

It's worthless accumulating Satoshis that way, just set an amount when you have excess to buy Bitcoin at whatever amount and it will just accumulate until you earn 1 Bitcoin.

For some 10 Bucks are useless for another it could save a life. Some medicine in the 3rd Wrold cost you 10 $ while in the US the fetch 200 or more.

Now, things are more dangerous to engage with online, I avoid any link clicking because scammers are using such to drain their victim's funds, it is not a safe practice anymore.

Not everyone is a scammer, and I believe we need to be sharp to avoid being scammed, specially in a crisis and in times where the government fails to protect their own. Do not download anything, best is do not use Windows.

Sure its dangerous to invest over internet. You wouldn't believe who made the Internet popular, it was the porn industry, which now suffers under society's hypocracy. I find those site usefull for people who learn to make a living digitally. You just need to be aware that the money you "make" you might not get. Those sites where I risk my time offer Traffic where you need to put your earned $, sats, some actually pay, I just made $2 which took 3 days to get to my wallet. In times of 3 minutes transfers Smiley

The bolded part alone will discourage me to participate or to do task on that site.  It is as clear as the day that the owner of the site is robbing their users.

Yeap that was what I was thinking, an Investor would shy away from those sites.

This brings back some memories, I used to earn some Sats through click-to-earn websites, some are watching videos and spending few seconds on in a link before you get paid, but it get to a point where it doesn't make any sense anymore, the data I spent is way heavier than what I get paid for, so it's a waste of time.

Now, things are more dangerous to engage with online, I avoid any link clicking because scammers are using such to drain their victim's funds, it is not a safe practice anymore.

Avoid any link-clicking tasks to earn a few Sats,  it's not worth your time and it might be dangerous.

the old type of scam. but do you still believe in this type of nonsense?
they give Bitcoin in satoshi amount by clicking a minimum of 100 ads and having 10 active referrals.
It's quite difficult if you have to get 10 active referrals, but how much do you get?
I would not do that for a few satoshis its not easy to get referrals and its more like a Ponzi scheme when one of their requirements is getting 10 referrals, OP did not mention the real value of those satoshis that the site is giving to their members, but it's useless and it's not worth it

Quote
If it's big enough and you have to make a deposit to take what you collected, then undo your intention, it will only trick you by taking what you deposited. Nowadays such type of Faucet is very rare to find and really pays.
OP did not mention the faucet so people can avoid this kind of faucet I used to be active on faucets but all the faucets where I am active did not require me to recruit 10 referrals before I can cashout

There are nothing free in this industry anymore, you need to offer something like service, identity or efforts just to get the reward you deserve. At the end of the day, This kind of sites is just a waste of time. Focusing on other things such as learning is much better than wasting your time earning there.

The worst is even if you apply an effort or even put in an investment, these kinds of scam site will never give you a cent and will run away with your money.

I agree, there are too many red flags on this so just wasn't worth it, I mean there are so many opportunities not just on cryptocurrency, you could just find a job, sell your services, start a small business, etc. Freelancing was also a good option these days since its now popular because of the pandemic work from home.

Sure pretty much sums it up

Its a test and as such it'll run its course. That network of sites is quite consideable. If those number are correct about 50 to 200 thou users each.

For severall weeks now we went thru the pages where you can earn Sats by clicking ads, playing games and investment.

It makes me wonder why people create opportunity and at the same time try to screw their contributors..

Their TOS (most pages have identical TOS) have those kind or rules:

Quote
You can transfer your Account Balance funds to your Purchase Balance with a fee of 90%. This is the primary use of this service. Members can earn money and invest them back in the respective page .
For request the first payment you need to click 100 advertisement and you need to get 10 active referrals. Active referrals are counted only for active members calculated by our secret algorithm.

When you manage to channel your Sats out you have 2 to 3 days till arrival (reception) and that is a long time even in crypto.

At the same time most of those pages try to get big investment, Its hard to believe that after reading those TOS an investor findthem suitable.

We have had a similar one in the past years on some websites like gambling websites where you could earn sats by clicking ads, and sometimes just for clicking and visiting the website.

It has a lot of shady things so I wouldn't trust it, in my experience doesn't this wasn't worth it considering the time and effort you put into this. So I suggest just find other ways to earn bitcoin or just invest and trade bitcoin this kind of stuff is just a waste of your time. If you could really earn on this website I'm pretty sure that it is just a very small amount.

The requirements are too difficult to fulfill, and I'm not sure many people are up to it. Besides that, why wait 2 to 3 days to receive the payment because we should be able to withdraw the money whenever we want, and the site should be ready for everything.

I think it is a form of scam that has often happened where we will be asked to fulfill other requirements before we can withdraw the money, even though it does not guarantee that we will get the money after fulfilling these requirements. It's better for you just to leave the site and look for another site, but of course, you must look for reviews about the site before registering.

This is why we should read ToS of these "free bitcoin" earning sites, Most of them has ridiculous terms which is obviously unfair and not worth it to join. The one who are really earning to this scheme are the owners of the "free bitcoin" sites. Imagine that they are trying to make you lure people in their site and at the same time making you run another set of advertisement.

There are nothing free in this industry anymore, you need to offer something like service, identity or efforts just to get the reward you deserve. At the end of the day, This kind of sites is just a waste of time. Focusing on other things such as learning is much better than wasting your time earning there.

nope I don't and only reporting about it will make people see it.

You've misunderstood the things greatly. Most people will try to scam you, whether this is about crypto or not. Scamming others means easy money.

Its a test not to be taken too serious. If I cannot get that BTC out well so be it. Every experience adds up.
This test is performed to see the effectivity of buying traffic, but it makes me wonder why people set something up like that and hope for investors to chim in with a set up like that? If xou treat your people harsh what kind of investor will glady give his money.

As NeuroticFish already mentioned, the internet is filled with scam websites, and cryptocurrencies make it easier to have an abundance of them since these scammers are unlikely to ever be caught.

They are on cloudflare if I'm not mistaken. Their TOS make it kinda legal to abuse.

As NeuroticFish already mentioned, the internet is filled with scam websites, and cryptocurrencies make it easier to have an abundance of them since these scammers are unlikely to ever be caught. Moreover, even if you find a reputable website that respects its users, you'll simply waste your time since the rewards are minimal and practically not worth the time and effort you'd be putting in to earn a few Satoshi. On top of that, some platforms have an excessive minimum withdrawal amount, which will make you give up any earnings to them.

Thus, it's best to go through the TOS briefly and do your own research by reading valid reviews from other users. Whether or not it's worth the effort, I leave that up to you.

what is the service with this TOS ? please share the link!
90% as fee is something like ...  a scam. meanwhile request 10 active referrals is clear way to avoid payout (they will probably doesn't count or provide claims regarding multiple accounts and more and more...)
well a site like this doesn't deserve any kind of attention.

This is where the modus operandi of the person you are talking to is already suspicious and questionable.

I saw that style in 2017, and until now the scammers are still doing it, which means that until now they are still fooling people with that method. Others who are not yet familiar with the ins and outs of the crypto space should be smart and careful. It is clear that the victim here is a scammer.
