the old type of scam. but do you still believe in this type of nonsense?
they give Bitcoin in satoshi amount by clicking a minimum of 100 ads and having 10 active referrals.
It's quite difficult if you have to get 10 active referrals, but how much do you get?

If it's big enough and you have to make a deposit to take what you collected, then undo your intention, it will only trick you by taking what you deposited. Nowadays such type of Faucet is very rare to find and really pays.

Bitcoins are getting more and more expensive and getting scarcer, so there's no easy way to earn more from ad clicks and so on.

Be careful guys. Don't let yourself get too involved with something like that. Sometimes many types of scams start like that by letting us continue to be carried away by the gifts given through the advertisements we click on.
From the quote alone I'm not sure if they are really serious. They even openly allow you to transfer funds from your account balance to the purchase balance.

Think again my friend.
Most people lose funds by clicking on ads or links provided.

Thinking will stop if there is a "free" word in the subject, they will not read the terms as long as you do not pay to get money, you will do everything for free money, so most of these services are fraudulent or pay very small amounts for user data or even their money.
Most of them are willing to send their passports for $3, so they won't read the terms of use.

It makes me wonder why people create opportunity and at the same time try to screw their contributors..

Their TOS (most pages have identical TOS) have those kind or rules:

You can transfer your Account Balance funds to your Purchase Balance with a fee of 90%.

You've misunderstood the things greatly. Most people will try to scam you, whether this is about crypto or not. Scamming others means easy money.
This being said, since scamming with crypto tends to be easier than with other means of payment, learn to watch your back.
The website you're mentioning is at least writing all that into ToS. Many others don't do even that. Ask around and go only to the sites/services others (preferably not newbies) recommend. Ask first.

And as a final word: keep in mind that crypto faucets tend to be a huge waste of time for the users. If you calculate the cost of the electricity you've used for browsing that crap, you'll see that you could have been much better by using that money to buy actual bitcoins.

For severall weeks now we went thru the pages where you can earn Sats by clicking ads, playing games and investment.

It makes me wonder why people create opportunity and at the same time try to screw their contributors..

Their TOS (most pages have identical TOS) have those kind or rules:

You can transfer your Account Balance funds to your Purchase Balance with a fee of 90%. This is the primary use of this service. Members can earn money and invest them back in the respective page .
For request the first payment you need to click 100 advertisement and you need to get 10 active referrals. Active referrals are counted only for active members calculated by our secret algorithm.

When you manage to channel your Sats out you have 2 to 3 days till arrival (reception) and that is a long time even in crypto.

At the same time most of those pages try to get big investment, Its hard to believe that after reading those TOS an investor findthem suitable.
