I asked btc-e if I could wire money from my business account. They asked for Articles of Organization, passport etc. which I sent. Then they said OK, you can send the money now.
As soon as they got my wire, they froze withdrawals, including crypto, for a month.
Opened a ticket, they said send "SWIFT document."
My bank says there is no such thing.
The btc-e website says that to enable withdrawals, send ID documents. Which I did, passport, bank statements, company documents, everything.
And of course, now they ignore me entirely.
If I can withdraw everything at the end of the month and get out safely, I will. Btc-e has no respect for its customers.
Bitstamp was hacked last month, at least we know who's to blame, and you can make a claim with the law. even bitstamp were the mtgox 2, we knew the ceo and the team, so they never want to do anything in Europe.
But we nearly know nothing about BTC-e, we can't do anything to btce if they were really deliberately dishonest
