There are some people who do not know the bitcoin.But after keep circulating news about bitcoin continuously certainly not close The possibility that in the next few years will appear new enthusiasts.
I think there are more people who haven't heard about it compared to the people who have heard it. And there are few people who join/invest on Bitcoin compared to people who has heard it.
Fever bitcoin I think it happened in some countries, one of her in my country are so many people talk about bitcoin and exchanged information, including me who has been using bitcoin and very help me in the financial problems because it can supplement their income

Not yet and its far from your so called fever. There are still many people do not know and against bitcoin. And those against bitcoin are mostly are just spectators and haters. But as the day passes by, many people are continue to involve in crypto currency, thats a good sign
although now bitcoin is famous, I think there is still any people which don't know about bitcon and they still don't care about bitcoin. yes, maybe bitcoin is a fever but it is for another opportunity in the future. I see today, so many people interesting with bitcoin and they considering to buy bitcoin while the price is down and I am sure that soon bitcoin will be globally and will reach many people from many places.
The bitcoin is now famous into different countries and a lot of people are investing in bitcoin because they believe to the future of bitcoin that it will become one of the best currency in the future because its features and the system is so futuristic that the people in the next generation can get some benefits.
Yes now is bitcoin is popular and even now in small society bitcoin is known. It is maybe because of the impact of bitcoin bubbled for a short period of time this year end of 2017. Bitcoin is now called as a fever because of popularity in news, internet and even i the different website bitcoin is advertise. this 2017 is the most memorable year for bitcoin because of fastest rising of it and well spread interest in bitcoin community and crypto world. Now bitcoin is the most successful year unlike on the fast year of bitcoin and hoping that it will continue in this coming year 2018.
That's why many people are increasingly interested in bitcoin. I'm sure some of them were previously underestimate against cryptocurrency, but after knowing the price soared and very effective for investment, they bought cryptocurrency, really fever. Some of them are only tempted by profit, without considering the risk factors they must face, so when they know the fluctuating prices they panic. That is a phenomenon that many occur today.

I'm sure not every one talks or even knows about bitcoin, but I may say it's a fever for nowadays generation, the people who actively use internet. I think the climax bitcoin rush hasn't come yet.

from my experience I see a lot of people who even have not any idea what bitcoin is and they even have not heard about it, so it may be a fever but I think it has still time to be so.
I think there are yet, many people that haven't heard about Bitcoin, MANY! And even thouse who heard, which is a lot of people, out of those people, only a few invested in Bitcoin and Crypto as a whole.
Of course the number of people who know about Bitcoin is growing day by day. And sure there are some celebrities who have bitcoins, 50Cent has 7 million dollars in bitcoins. But there are also people warning against bitcoins and cryptocurrencies, however these are mostly people who work with fiat currencies and who are afraid of cryptocurrencies. Anyhow, only a small part of the world population is into bitcoins.
50 Cent was actually wise on that front, allowing his fans to purchase his album with bitcoins and he was even wise to not have spent a single dime of all those bitcoins and am sure he is going to keep holding all that money. But not everyone does know about bitcoins especially the 50+ people and those having no access to the internet. not only the fever that occurs in my area but has become a disease for those who just become spectators and many things I really fear that the growing sense of envy and negative for those who do not understand about bitcoin but all already anticipate whatever will happen later 
it's really true that bitcoin fever also occurs in my area many times from those who ask what bitcoin is and I convey what I know about bitcoin and be grateful they understand it

Are you Crazy.Only 60% people know about bitcoin and rest 40% dont know and if they know they think it is a scam.

There is no doubt that we take part in Bitcoin rush. Many people prefer to exchange their money to BTC. It shouldn't surprise us because people who bought BTC several years ago now are really rich. 50cent sold one of his albums for BTC and earn incredible sum of money. Bitcoin hype is getting more and more widespread. It is the real Bitcoin rush.
I guess a lot of people don’t have internet and most of them, surely, don’t know or even heard about bitcoin. But the people who have known and investing in the bitcoin are surely felling from it.
What they are feeling right now is not fever because of the increase in price, but are not worried because the price seems very unstable and we have been stalled in the $10K-$11K range.

I have to disagree. For me, its a small percentage that people know bitcoin globally. Only its already a brand name, those who don't have access to internet or mobile phones doesn't know bitcoin or crypto for sure. We can call it a rush if you go out on the street and can talk to someone about bitcoin. In my place, I haven't seen or heard anyone asking me about bitcoin.
Although I hear more people around me talking about Bitcoin, I don’t think most of the population know about Bitcoin. We can call it a fever when the whole world is snapping up bitcoin.
