I suggest the OP create a poll to answer this simple question, see how many polls vote bitcoin will follow ethereum in the future and include a logical reasoning, the position of the two best coins ethereum will remain the queen of coins unless it is not replaced with another top coin.

in my opinion btc doesn't follow eth and bitcoin have a value more than eth , for prices i think eth and btc follow the market and stock or economic of the world , like past crisis economic all market of the world crash for this reason crypto and bitcoin ctash too ,eth have a great future too like bitcoin , for example if bitcoin reach 100k , eth can reach 10k or 15k easily when btc was 10k usd per btc eth was 400 usd i think after dome years it can reach same prices of bitcoin,  who know?

I hope this could help OP https://coinmarketcap.com/
All you need to study the market and do some search. Bitcoin remains dominating the market, not ETH. And altcoins remain to follow the movement of Bitcoin, not the one to follow Altcoins.

Do you think it's possible that the Bitcoin price will follow Ethereum price in the future? When Ethereum becomes proof of stake and becomes deflationary, can it happen?
This will never happen at all we all know that the bitcoin is always the number one coin and it's price is much higher than the ethereum or on any other altcoins. So it will never follow ethereum it is impossible to happen. Bitcoin always dominating the market and all altcoins always follow it.
Don't take that seriously as the OP still confuse about what coin is dominating the market. That is to find ridiculous but we just have to try educating him and help him to get familiar with the market sentiment and ranking.

If time comes that Ethereum already Leads the market then for sure Bitcoin will be far far low that moment because for ethereum to lead the market this must make Bitcoin value miserable because many altcoins will climb up with Ethereum when that possible time happens.
Bitcoin is the future digital currency gold. No other token can shake Bitcoin's status. Ethereum is the king of altcoins. Altcoins follow Bitcoin, and Ethereum is no exception. If you want to invest, both are a good choice.
Remember that this market is Volatile and surely no one will stay forever in their positions.

Yeah Maybe Bitcoin is the leader now but we cannot predict what will come in this market in the future.

It may not be Ethereum but surely there will be another one.

honestly i don't understand what you mean about bitcoin following eth? if you mean in terms of price of course what is happening now, the price of ethereum is more dominant following the movement of bitcoin prices in the market and in fact 99% it has been proven so far.
While Proof of Stake itself is an alternative to the Proof of Work system, Namely, a system in crypto asset investment where all algorithms in the blockchain system must reach an agreement before confirming crypto asset transactions that will be recorded on the blockchain, if you say so of course All altcoins can do this on the condition that miners must have assets of around 50% of the altcoins they mine, but in this case it will consume a large amount of electricity, as happened in China some time ago.

I don't think this will be the case. Although Ethereum ranks second in market capitalization, Bitcoin is the leader in the crypto space. Altcoins follow the price of Bitcoin because Bitcoin drives market trends and dominates. If you choose to invest, I will choose Bitcoin. The future of Bitcoin is still very fascinating.

If we consider the big dominance of Bitcoin in the market, I don't think that such thing will happen that easy. Unless Bitcoin becomes worthless somehow, I think this won't change. But I'm expecting Ethereum price to reach really serious levels in the next bull run.

Honestly, I'm still confused about the meaning of your question, what do you mean by following? We all know that there is no atcoin that can exceed bitcoin in all aspects. I admit that ethereum is the biggest altcoin right now, but that doesn't mean it can beat bitcoin (even in the future)

Sometimes there are still some people who really hope that Ethereum can surpass Bitcoin, even though it is almost impossible to happen. For people
who are experienced in the crypto world, they will understand how Bitcoin for 11 years has always dominated the market. Meanwhile, Ethereum
always follows Bitcoin price movements. So people who say Bitcoin will follow Ethereum, I believe the person doesn't understand crypto world yet
or maybe the person is too obsessed with Ethereum.

Nope I think it would never happen it would always be the alt-coins that would follow the King of crypto not the other way around.
For me Bitcoin would be the top or King of all crypto for a very long time and we might never see that it follow the price of another crypto because it would always be the one to dictate the flow.
Nothing do last forever but we can really tell that Bitcoin would remain on the top spot for a while or wont really be having the chance for altcoins to replace it on its top spot.
Nothing can be assured or known on what would happen in the future but basing on whats currently the position or ranking when it comes to demand then Bitcoin does have it.
Lets  see on future years to come if there would be some chance or wont really be that close because the community would be the ones who would really decide on this one.

People follows bitcoin movement in the same time people also follow the ethereum movement, Did I say correctly? No people who called investors and traders decides or causing the price movements and most of the time ethereum price movement is similar to bitcoin but not all the time.

You've got it twisted buddy. Bitcoin has a current market cap of $634,250,199,037 compared to Ethereum's $246,611,661,646. Bitcoin will always be the driving force and all other will be affected.

Then if this comes meaning Ethereum will be the king and Bitcoin will end up number 2 ? nope this is impossible to happen unless bitcoin will lose sympathy and belief from the supporters things that i think won't ever come in our lifetime .
I don't know about this. Ethereum has a disadvantage also against Bitcoin. Its max supply is unlimited but it's the opposite for Bitcoin. This could be an important factor hindering Ethereum price to get past Bitcoin's. Bitcoin has also a very big dominance in the market and I don't think that this scenario will change too much in the near future at least.
And Ethereum also experience congestion like what Bitcoin is facing like what happens recently and this is the disadvantage of Ethereum as well.

I don’t think it will be. Bitcoin is a leader in the encryption field. The value of altcoins follows Bitcoin. Ethereum is the operating system layer of the blockchain and is an application currency. Bitcoin is definitely a value that no one can shake. , But if you want to invest, you can hold both.

principles in crypto clearly make any opportunity possible, but ethereum must be able to solve its problems first, such as high costs that have not been perfect once proven to be able to go down.

No i think his can never be, because ethereum is not as big as bitcoin, if we look at the price bitcoin is very big why eth is very small if we also see the past price chart never in a history that the bitcoin will follow eth it is always eth follow bitcoin in every bull run when bitcoin rise eth will follow.
if you look at the market cap of ethereum and bitcoin, it doesn't seem like the difference is too big and it might happen if ethereum can change the system even better than now.
because the opportunity will always be possible if ethereum is able to improve the properly, but it will always take time that is not instant to achieve.
