I think this will be a good idea to be applied all over the world because there will be an equality made by this decision. This is the right thing and it should be the right thing because it can be used by everyone despite of their skin color or gender and even nationalism.

Decentralization means no one ever controls it,or no one could ever control the blockchain technology.Bitcoin can be used by anyone,but it doesn't mean we have to used it for illegal activities.If some people use it,its their way of taking advantage in using bitcoins for greedy purposes.I think the government can't tolerate this,they can't control cryptocurrencies usage but they can put rules and regulations behind it to reduce the existence of bad and greedy people that uses bitcoin for fraudility. Not everyone can use bitcoin, even if it is decentralized and accessible for everyone to use,, but poor people i think its hard to purchase and pay through or using bitcoin...for them they would rather buy things they needed instead of buying bitcoin, and i think some of transaction is not free. Rich people are easy to access in bitcoin,, cause they have money, gadget, internet and computer.
for me bitcoin never distinguish between the poor and the rich. bitcoin just looking for people who want to work with it, who want to work it will get real income.

you are right. Bitcoin is for everyone who can really access the bitcoin. Every rich or even you are poor you have a rights to use bitcoin as long as you are knowledgeable enough how to use it in a right way. Bitcoin have no gender, age and etc. to consider because it can used by any kind of society of and it helps a lot pf people.

Bitcoins cannot be implemented for the all levels of society because not everyone has the capability of earning cryptocurrency in their life style, just thing of people who cannot afford to buy a decent computer and have internet connection, this kind of people still needs fiat for their own small transactions.
