After a quick google search I found this link which is probably the only way you can report a scam.

How about going to the authorities, and give full details on how you got victimized by the scammers or this ponzi scams.
I know there are people here in the forum from canada, maybe they can give a more precise advise as they know more the laws in your country.

I am a victim of bitcoin fraud and would like to know where I should report it. I live in Canada.
