network of the Bitcoin will see all the details in the Bitcoin transaction that how much they mined and how much they needed to mine more .
Everything is public and why would anyone have to analyze the detail once again before halving,do you think it is a custom thing done by the core developers or someone else  Cheesy  Tongue
On looking at the charts during halving the price always move higher because of the illusion that there will be only less currency being floated in the market and the halving in 2020 wont be the last halving either.

Next hacking would be in 2020. It would be a problem for miners as they will earn less from solving each block. It would help people who hold Bitcoin because there would be a tremendous increase in Bitcoin value.

Do someone here know about bitcoin halving?
Is there a problem when bitcoin halving hits?
Is it better to buy bitcoin when bitcoin halving come?
Seems you are very new here because last summer bitcointalk was full of threads about bitcoin halving. Btw everyone thought that price would be high after halving but it was still same and stable for some time. Bitcoin price rised these months, not after halving. Maybe everyone will give you recomendation about buying bitcoins before halving but I mentioned that price was still same after last halving.

The price didn't rise after the last having because, first, it had been heavily hyped before the halving and corrected massively just prior the event (which should have been expected), and, second, the largest Bitcoin exchange, Bitfinex, was hacked in about two weeks after the halving. But this doesn't in the least mean that the halving had no effect whatsoever on Bitcoin price. It just took some time to kick in. Thus, you should keep in mind that Bitcoin halving is not so much a stand-alone event but rather a lasting process

The results of which may become noticeable only a few months later
People here are simple minded. They don't take into consideration how the price increased before the actual halving took place.

In their eyes it's like this ~ the price didn't increase directly after the block halving as everyone predicted, and thus it didn't have any impact. That's their logic.

People that look at others and call them 'very new', but don't have much useful input themselves due to a wrong understanding, is from my point of view even worse.

Do someone here know about bitcoin halving?

Most of the people that started bitcoin last year know about halving. Most of us here witnessed the halving that happened last year.

Is there a problem when bitcoin halving hits?

The difficulty for the block reward increases. To know more about it  : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Controlled_supply

Is it better to buy bitcoin when bitcoin halving come?
Yes, probably before the halving happens, you should buy as the result of it the price increases.

Here is the schedule of the next halving : http://www.thehalvening.com/#1

Yeah there is a problem.
BTC price double around the halving Grin

Halving is not some magical shit that destroys everything you know? It's a planned caracteristic of BTC.
It's only thanks to halving that it's logical to see BTC price rising and rising and rising again. Simply because supply decreases!

yeah this happened I think last year when I was fairly new to btc. it was a very good time to stack up on btcs though I never thought that buying a lot of btc then and holding it now would give me this much earnings this early. sucks that I didn't trust btc then
Supply and Demand law. That's natural since bitcoin is the first popular cryptocurrency. Bitcoin will control all the cryptocoins markets. That's the genius of Satoshi Nakamoto. Some predition said that bitcoin wil reach $10000 more.

Predictions don't matter a fuck in Bitcoin (as well as in other cryptocoins)

Many notable or even distinguished economists alive today (and which were alive back then when Bitcoin had only kicked off) predicted its quick demise and oblivion, but, surprisingly, it is still kicking and very far from obscurity. I guess many of the already passed ones would claim the same if they were alive today. Indeed, if take a thousand predictions, one of them might come true after all, just like a broken clock is right twice a day. But this obviously works against Bitcoin as easily. So just being the king of crypto today doesn't mean that Bitcoin will remain it tomorrow, especially if its current isuues, quarrels and disagreements will lead to a deadend and a deadlock (and they certainly can)

Logically, buying before halving can be profitable up to 4x from current value.
For past example , because bitcoin already reach halving before on year 2015 / 2016 , bitcoin value getting increase significantly

So from now, it's better to gather more investor before it's too late ! ( you can start with your family or friend

No, nothing logically.
Check the dates of the previous halving and the jumps in bitcoin prices.

Most notable ones are nowhere near the halving. And not even close to double not 4x.
The last one in 2016 bought a puny 25% increase that goes unnoticed compared to the goxbot saga or Cyprus hype.

For me its better if you buy bitcoin now because I believe the price of bitcoin after halving become double . So if you have extra money buy bitcoin and can hold it for few months and for sure you can earn profit. Many people now for sure buying bitcoins because they wait the halving. But no one knows what happen in bitcoin orice after halving so its better if you buy bitcoin with your extra income dont buy all your money because what if bitcoin price dump your money also dump or decrease and they have possible to lose.

... during which the price increase is an assured as the ongoing demand for bitcoin will generate the decreased supply an increase in value.
For sure the price of bitcoin will go up because the supply will decrease...
... Like other said if the demand is the same as before and the sources of bitcoin was reduce it will be affected the value of bitcoin so expect for the price increase after block halving.
So our source of bitcoin will reduce ...

That is a common misconception. The supply of bitcoins is not halved. It is constantly increasing until the last new satoshi is created

Yeah, there seems to be a bit of misunderstanding

People often erroneously (?) refer to money supply as an increase in the monetary base per unit of time (in this case, in the number of coins mined), and that increase does get halved every 4 years, obviously. That said, the Bitcoin monetary supply gets increased purely nominally since we don't know how many coins get lost for good every now and then. I guess we should also include to the lost amounts dust which is virtually impossible to move (due to high fees). In this manner, the available Bitcoin supply may in fact decrease slowly over time along with reward halvings

Its true the last halving at 2016 had been pumped the bitcoin at December, it were around 300-350 the all year till December when the coin went to 500 dollars, and near the halving it had reached 700, few days after the price had dropped to 500-600 dollars, soo you need to be smarter and buy as soon as possible before the halving, being 1 year or even sooner, because people will start to pump knowing the next halving is coming.

The price crashed a few weeks before the halving

And I had been telling about such a possibility a few months before the crash for the reasons I explained earlier in the thread (and back then). People en masse think essentially along the same lines, and ironically, they all think they are somehow different from the rest of the pack. It was not a rocket science to assume that they would think that most would try to cash out exactly after the halving, so they personally should cash out right before the event. Unsurprisingly, the price crashed when they all together had started to sell their bitcoins some time prior the halving

The media and people invested in Bitcoin usually hype the @#$#$% out of the Halving to push the demand, so you will see a slight increase in the price before the Halving and once all the hype has died down, you will see a small drop in the price. The short term speculators usually jump in before the Halving and then just before the "correction" they all jump ship and start selling to cash in on the higher price. ^smile^

It is just a event that are blown up by short term investors.

I think it will be very interesting if it happens again, I am so sure, bitcoin halving will bring the bitcoin price higher than before. Maybe the bitcoin price will be above $ 3000 if it happens again this year. Well, i always expect the best.

A senior member yet don't know the interval of bitcoin halving. You didn't even bother to look up bitcoin halving before posting your non-sense here. "Hope that bitcoin halving happens this year and hope that the price will increase up to $3000." Typical mindless shit poster.

First of all, bitcoin halving happens every four years. You can use this website to see when's the next bitcoin halving and a countdown how many days left. Second, the price of bitcoin will not necessarily go up when the bitcoin halving happens. Last year, the bitcoin halving has happened. Many people expected that the price will go up but it only went up on the last days of december and start of January. Bitcoin halving helps the price of bitcoin to go up in the long run, not right away.

Bitcoin halving is a phenomenon that happens every around for years it happened last year which means that it won't happen again for until around 2020. Basically what happened is that the block reward halves when the block number is hit.

The price will generally rise after a halving happens because bitcoin is basically getting harder to mine all of a sudden. I suggest you start buying cheap coins around a year before halving to take advantage.

That is a common misconception. The supply of bitcoins is not halved. It is constantly increasing until the last new satoshi is created.

I think it is the right time to buy bitcoin because even the price is very high after halving for sure the price will become double.
... the halving were a measure to make bitcoin get more value over time, knowing the halving does reduce the reward to half, it makes the price to double every 210 000 bitcoin blocks, ...
No. The halving does not cause the price to double.

There will be double the number of bitcoins there used to be.
Doubling the total number of coins(supply) could mean the value of btc will immediately decrease by half.
WTF? NO! That is wrong.

Bitcoin halving is season when the value of bitcoin cut into half and then after a months bitcoin will double itself value.
But halving from the word itself half is it mean the price of the bitcoin turn into half ...
... But from the term itself, bitcoin halving is the halving of the price of the bitcoin.
OMG! NO! That is wrong.

Why do people write this this crap? Oh, right! They are spamming the forums in order to pump up their post count.
