The result of the halving may not be ideal for the most of us since we are expecting to to hit a new all time high after the halving but man the price of bitcoin now is already high compare to its chair on the past months.
Maybe another reason why bitcoin's price is not that increasing so much is because people now are valuing alternative coins too, Coinbase said that there were 24,000 bitcoin withdrawn from their platform before the halving and users are diversifying their portfolios.

Even we can break the ATH (All Time High) if the current pandemic decrease because people/institutions are having more interest in bitcoin even in this situation. Also keyword of "Bitcoin" in google trends are rapidly increasing. .......
Whenever it's increase in google trends that indicate more people are having interest in bitcoin. If this is continuously increased than it's sure that can easly break the ATH before year ending.
When the pandemic occurs, it goes down to $6,000 from $9,000 peak but now it managed to go back and be stable on the $9,000 peak. The current bitcoin market is running smoothly and probably it will go high in the Q3-Q4 with or without the pandemic.

Very likely. I have very different feeling this time than the last and after the halving, there's an immediate after-effects that we are seeing. I'm positive that before the end of the year, we might hit that price you've given or a better price.

Bitcoin Halving 2020 is set to occur on 12 May 2020, but with ongoing fluctuating scenarios on various fronts makes me sceptical about the future market situation.
