I'm sure that by mid-2018, bitcoin will conquer its previous high, after which another strong correction awaits him. There are basic factors for this.

I see bitcoins will become greater in terms of price this year. Last 2017, bitcoins reached a record of $20,000 per bitcoin. So I guess with bitcoin pricing today, it will reach a price point greater that its record. I'm basing my claims on the behaviour of bitcoins in the charts from different websites.
It's all speculation dude and i think we have to be realistic sometimes, bitcoin same time last year was on the ascendancy and rising steadily but its not have that kind of drive yet this year and so even though i believe it is going to rise it seems that will be slower compared to what we experienced last year.
S many changes every year about bitcoin when i do some research and i know that this year is the best year for us not only because of the price that increase and very well and but also because bitcoin is i think will more accepted in many countries and in different transaction.
The appreciation of BTC price from January, 8,000$ to the present value which is 11,400$

I think bitcoin in the year 2018 will have a lot of market fluctuations. There is too much pressure put up by the governments. They are afraid that bitcoin will occupy the real currency. And they do not know whether they should apply the tax like how to bitcoin

In 2018, bitcoin continues to grow. It will return to normal in a few months to $20,000. Then he will continue to rise to a new high. No one can predict exactly,it is only an estimation.
July 17th 2010 bitcoin price was $0.05 (the price when it started TRADING)
28th Feb 2017 bitcoin price was $1177
Time interval between both dates is 2418 days or 79.497 months
then i took the 27th Feb 2017 price of ($1177) as a start date & price and using MS Excel's POWER Function in a spreadsheet projected it forward for the next 4 years, again assuming it ( the price ) will be doubling every 5.473 months ( which is historically what it did between July 17th 2010 and Feb 28th 2017)
which gives the following price predictions
March 1st 2018 - $5,403 per 1 BTC
March 1st 2019 - $24,699 per 1 BTC
March 1st 2020 - $112,699 per 1 BTC
March 1st 2021 - $516,115 Per 1 BTC
both scenarios assume that the price doubling is constant going forward , and yes i know it wont actually happen like that , but it a good excersise to see how close i end up being to my original scenario 1 & 2 predictions

I think bitcoin will gain strength this year not just in value but with regards to awareness and acceptance. Many developing countries are beginning to use its blockchain potentials to aid their economy e.g kenya and i see others following suit.
I can see 2018 as a new door of opportunities for Bitcoin. Bitcoin would be more acknowledge by people, and will be invest on. Sooner or later it may be considered as a mode of payment by more stores and etc. And take huge jump for it's value as well.

Yeah , it always will remain interesting even for myself experience with the last four year experience it work with bitcoin with big pump and dump with negative news and rumours where we lost many things and also made many things to loss money .In 2017 the number of businesses accepting bitcoin continues to increase. In my opinion in the last of the year 2018 bitcoin will be 50000$ =1btc and at that point not only bitcoin will be limited to few people but that will be use by every place like restaurant and transportation services ( as already in Japan ) .
And also people will be able to identify easily that what is bad and what is good i.e people will understand very well that how to make Thierself from every type of scam with the name of investment and cloudmining .
At the very least I see bitcoin being able to survive and flourish after this year. I mean, bitcoin's last 9 years had been a very interesting journey as what you have said, and I hope 2018 is not an exception to this. I hope bitcoin would be able to flourish in the investment world after this year.
This is a long journey and a very successful journey, we have a bad start this year but we have seen how bitcoin price respond. We are going up now and I am sure this will continue because bitcoin is quite a good technology that need to be known all over the world.
The awareness is increasing so in time, more adoption will happen and the value will go up.
Bitcoin in 2018 will be different because the past years influenced investors to invest. Although the value of Bitcoin is low wait for the third and fourth quarter of the year it will comeback and increase. As 2018 enters their are good news and bad news about Bitcoin the good news is it will not be ban in other countries and it affects the growth of Bitcoin. Also many stores or banks are now accepting Bitcoin as a mode of payment I think it is a huge factor. The bad news is Facebook is banning ads that shows Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not yet stable still but wait for the time when they realize that it will lessen the works. 2018 just entered their are huge changes lets wait for the coming months or years what will be the impact.

Bitcoin has a nice future by the end of 2018 as far as i believe.My expectation btc to be valued $30k by the end of 2018.So i m giving bitcoin a thumps up for 2018.
in early 2018 very sharply fell and quite a lot. on the one hand, you can invest and climb, and on the other hand you can lose everything
