I see blockchain tech as a whole beginning a huge disruption. This was not the bubble. 600$ Billion total market cap is not even close to what this market will bring in. Until we get to the 10-15 trillion dollar range, then we will see a real bubble. But I expect massive growth coming to get to that point.
The journey of bitcoin from 2009 to 2017 is very interesting. Although the stories of individuals(investors) are very interesting and motivational that how they initiated and what problems they faced at earlier stages.

I think bitcoin this year will have ups and downs. Look at now the price of bitcoin decreased drastically. This is certainly detrimental to us who hold bitcoin. But if you also hold bitcoin stay consistent and do not be a panic seller. If indeed the bitcoin will continue to fall, it's all testing our patience. Stay patient until the price goes up.
I think bitcoin this year will be very feverish. Most likely we will see strong falls, maybe even up to $3000. But it is also possible to increase to 50,000 USD.
According to me i want that governments will make the bitcoin as a legal currency so that like this year bitcoin's investors increase and with this the value per bitcoin will rise upto 3k-4k USD.
Interesting to see how much has changed in the six weeks since this post started, yes? Minus all the crappy posts that do not mean anything of course. Written at a time when Bitcoin was on a crazy bull run, today it is below the price it was when the posts started. I can imagine on January 1 we had the doubters and today in February the bears will be smiling and telling us all that they knew this was coming. I think the reality is that 2018 is going to be a struggle for Bitcoin to stabilize. It had such a fast 2017 it has not settled down to understand what is going on around it. I have high hopes for Lightning Network. If that works out, we will never see a 100k mempool again.
It seems like bitcoin in this year will be good for bitcoin increasingly many have users, although yesterday had plummeted but value is actually I think it would be in use by most people to buy bitcoin and will invested hope that bitcoin will come back to have a good value and they would take advantage of the moment to get profit
Looking at the increase in the price of bitcoins I won't be surprised if we see the price of 50k by the end of the year and it's really high expectations from bitcoins but if the demand continues then we are likely to see that price in the next year, today decerease trend will be finished very soon i believe
As my view on BTC 
, it will be the main money transferring method nearly after 2020. This is still developing stage of BTC popularity and also I believe this instant drop says something. That is BTC getting ready to next wave. Still I believing this digital money system and it will be the huge digital technology which was found in this century. Do not hurry guys. Do not panic.stay calm and Will See after few years.........

Not 2018 but 2020 or later bitcoin will be main money transfer i think im beliving bitcoin
Right now bitcoin is not looking good the price is very down from the previous ATH but in the bigger picture and in long term aspect bitcoin is going to be higher than $20,000 by this year and other altcoin will also make its move as of now its best to stay away with the market.

I believe that the businesses who accepted bitcoin are only for their own experiment. But if the lightning network becomes a massive success then I'm certain that huge names like Alibaba will open their doors for bitcoin.
i believe BTC will reach up to 18,0000$ end of the year 
This is a very modest guess I can say. I believe that Bitcoin has got all the chances to reach at least 25 thousand!
Everyday bitcoin is becoming interesting to everyone...Day by it increases...from the beginning to now,it amazed us...now the price is near 17000$...so in 2018,I think it will reach 25000$ for sure...
you are amazed that it reached $17,000 what about now that the price is closely $8,000 what happen to that $25,000 sure?this coin is very inconsistent and many users fails on speculating the price,i think whats better for us,is just trust the said coin,continue supporting this and if you have some investment dont full it out so we can continuously help prevent the amount dropping more.
Currently, bitcoin prices have decreased significantly. this is very panic for the new holder. But if you look back a few years ago, this decline is very frequent, and in the end the price soared again. My hope this year, bitcoin is able to exceed the highest price in 2017.

The emergence of a futures market will be a game changer. Futures are pivotal in the process of price discovery, which means that they can help bitcoin gain some price stability. Nevertheless, it is reasonable to assume that, at least for the short term, the price of bitcoin should continue to rise and reach new heights. It is yet to be seen.
In 2018 bitcoin gets a serious challenge, now bitcoin enemies are getting more and more, they are economic observers and conglomerates of the traditional financial system, they keep making news that bitcoin has no future, if the bitcoin price year can reach $ 50k then there is no which can stop bitcoin.

This 2018 Bitcoin will always better and more interesting. More BTC users are promoting and educating people. Also many investor's well more interested on the BTC. It's now more popular, every time I open a website i always saw a news about bitcoin.
My expectations are very positive. By 2017 what's most noticed about bitcoin is price (here's my opinion). For 2018, I hope bitcoin keeps going up and up and hopefully it can be legal around the world
2018 bad for bitcoin.BitCoin has experienced this before.But it strengthens it even more.
2018 will be a critical year for bitcoin to prove it can scale. I'm pretty confident that the core developers will come up with solutions to bring back the ability to use bitcoin for microtransactions.
