In 2018 I will expect the unexpected when it comes to bitcoin. For some reason I think bitcoin will be skyrocketing again but it will gain much slower transaction and much higher fees.

well as i see bitcoin will more increase and it will getting higher this coming year so guys come on and earn more a lot of bitcoin so that this 2018 we will be more richer than the richest.

More like bitcoins transaction process will even get slower and costing you more bucks than before. I think there should be an improvement on the services as well.

A big disadvantage we should keep in our mind is the popularity of the near feeless bitcoincash transactions and the segwit2x failure..

Guys I believe bitcoin will increase but if we look with a clear view and no further affections on it, we will see that this coin has not the features like ethereum or bitcoin cash. You can talk as much as you want but this is a fact to wait for 12 hours for a complete transaction and pay 50 dollars.. The hype keeps bitcoin living but another hype could stop it

The year 2018 will be full of news and changes, I am so excited to see

I hope In 2018 what attracted the most attention to bitcoin is the price (here's my opinion). For the year 2018, I believe that we will get good news about user acceptance and trust, I do not believe that prices will go down, on the contrary, will increase, but not the same as the last increase.bitcoin hopefully kedco bitcoin will be stable.

In my opinion, bitcoin in 2018 will be grow more and popular. In terms of the price it will increase it's value so we need to hold more bitcoin to gain more profits. and i think it will have more investors and many company will accept bitcoin for payments.

Currenty we can't really predict what will happen with bitcoin.
At one side, the introduction of Bitcoin Futures at CME is giving a kind of "life insurance" to the bitcoins, but at an other side,
the more exposure in the mainstream exchange it will be headed to a pump and dump. Also many companies accepting bitcoin are pulling them out currenty, due to the extremely high fees.

2018 will surely be another year of increased value for Bitcoin! It has been mathematically designed that way. It may land at a value between 25000 and 40000 or even more. So this is good news for holders...

Lets not focus only at the price per bitcoin, year was good in that sence and in spreading the word about bitcoin and crypto currency in general but don't forget hard forks. LN is not yet implemented (it is being tested on test net, big thumbs up) but I am looking forward for it to be activated next year so that at least we could give an answer to the scaling problem which is around bitcoin atm and in my opinion should be taken care of ASAP. We want people to see it as future currency, not that it is slower than banking system. Price is relevant, it will/should go up if we take care of core things.

ICOs are topic for themselfs, they are on ethereum not on bitcoin. Your post is not relevant to the topic of this discussion. But I agree there are some that are fake, thats why before investing and or even playing with ICOs make sure to investigate into the project and make sure that you trust the devs. Not all of us have time to read through the code even if it is open source.

Just beware of some ICO's here some of them are just fake, they will eventually hack your account and you'll end up losing rather than earning money.

Well there is no doubt that bitcoins value will still keep on increasing this coming 2018 because more and more people are investing and a lot of ico's are starting their project this year that's why it was really nice to start or to join in this kind of industry.

I see Bitcoin at a higher price in year 2018. This year may be just one of the stepping stones of Bitcoin. The number of online and offline merchants accepting Bitcoin is increasing. If they continue to increase, more people will get interested in Bitcoin. In a result, the demand will increase and therefore, the price will increase.

As far as I'm concerned, at present BTC prices are close to $ 19,000, and by the end of the year, it will probably increase to $ 20,000, and with a growth rate of over 1000% this year. By 2018, BTC prices can be as high as $ 100,000. I still believe the BTC price will grow to such a price. As Sir McAfee points out, by the end of 2019, BTC prices may reach $ 1 million. So I have a lot of confidence in this potential currency. Roll Eyes
