Don't you mean blockchain technology? Yes eventually it will be taught at school and they will be learning about us. We are the pioneer I wonder how long in the future schools will start teaching this stuff.
Remember it still needs to be adopted so those kids learning these lessons the future wish they could be us right now since we all got in early. It is still not too late.
developed countries are competing to claim everything as the first .

i mean for example there in france where they maybe become the first country who applying that policy to educate the young generation about what the future could be with blockchain technology , for the sake knowledge they take that risk.
where any other non-developed countries rejecting bitcoin entirely ... this is very obvious that developed country become more advanced and the non-developed countries become more left behind.

this is the matter of mindset , france is the one who one step ahead of us, this risk will be worth in the future!

According to the cryptocrunch: https://cryptocrunchapp.com/news/bitcoin-officially-included-in-french-high-school-syllabus/

Bitcoin cryptocurrency education will be implemented to French High School Syllabus. It is a new way to introduce money to students.

They are focusing on four Video questions:
1. Can bitcoin be a replacement to Euro?
2. Is bitcoin the currency of the future?
3. Is bitcoin is a currency like others?
4. Do you have to trust your currency?

Regarding this, it would be a good start to educate students about money and trust.

What's your opinion about this? Should cryptocurrency as a whole and blockchain be in schools curriculum?

I think it's a good idea to introduce cryptocurrency to new generations through school, but more importantly — I'm glad to see that students are actually being taught about money. Most educational systems tend to avoid the topic and teach useless stuff that you can google in 2 minutes at any time, but not about the most important aspects of life, like business, money, taxes, etc. Teaching about crypto is a good step on many levels, I think.

Its good to include Bitcoin on the curriculum but hopefully they will discuss more about cryptocurrency or blockchain technology and not just bitcoin because we all know bitcoin is the foundation of this market but there are something more to discover and its good for a student to be knowledgeable about this current trend. In my country, we already have a crypto course on some Universities.

if bitcoin is used as a learning material in schools and has a syllabus it looks like it's good because it can provide knowledge about technology but you also have to be patient when explaining material about blockchain and bitcoin because they don't know the technology, whereas bitcoin won't be able to replace fiat money, bitcoin only as an alternative payment that can help to create safe and efficient transactions.

I think this is a great way to introduce bitcoin and cryptocurrency. in my country some local exchange owners also do the same thing. they went to college and gave lectures about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I think the introduction of bitcoin to this millennial generation is an effective way to promote bitcoin. and with this more people will understand about bitcoin and hopefully they all agree and support bitcoin. if bitcoin investors increase, the community and bitcoin market capitalization will also be even greater.

That's really fascinating news for this platform, Day by day it's becoming an important part of our lives and people are getting interested in this platform for their own purpose. When you have an opportunity to know at the very early stage, not like us then your next generation will have more accurate information regarding this issue, it's very essential to them because in the coming future, Blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Bitcoin will be the most dominating part of the internet, those four questions are carrying some important query about this system, I think these answer might be the part from us because we don't even have any concrete information that's why the education will bring a proper information.

I think it would be better if they will start on basics first.
Like on the blockchain, because Bitcoin uses the technology called blockchain.
(..)
(...)
I will also suggest that should be a live practical and not just video because they will be able to replay some demonstration and some interesting things they did.
And much better way is the much practical way of learning. Like they will have some basic example or practical example to be able students will follow or will understand it in much better way.
Like actual example on how Bitcoin works, like how to send or receive bitcoins. Even they will just do it on testnet network of Bitcoin. Example how the block works, like those transactions in a block, their different transaction fees, etc.
I do agree, giving an actual example like letting the students try and use the technology itself for further understanding.
For me, it is easy to teach and to let them understand if someone is showing them how exactly does it work and proper using of it.
Giving examples is better, but helping them to try and do it by themselves is way better.

Yes, of course. People, as early as high school should learn about the development of currency. And that would of course touch cryptocurrency and how it differs from the traditional currencies. There are so many things to talk about cryptocurrency. Of course blockchain is a major topic. It is very broad that it could be further broken down into smaller topics. Everything should be objective though. There should be no kind of subjective brainwashing.

although bitcoin is a great start to teach about cryptocurrency I think the school shouldn't focus on what bitcoin could be but they should focus more on what
cryptocurrency could be. and Yes, Cryptocurrency and blockchain will now always be a part of the future and it is only logical to teach these things in school in order to
prepare these future adults on how much the currency might change and its possible effects to the market.

It would be okay if we leave the curriculum of studying the conceptual effects and topics of bitcoin and cryptocurrency to courses related to economics and business. Then try to incorporate the curriculum of blockchain technology for students that are taking It, or any computer science related courses. In this case, the educational system could enforce the essentials of teaching new technologies, as well as reminding the students to become financially knowledgeable and futuristic.

This is very good news. If bitcoin is included in education, it will be easier to convey more extensive information. Of course this must be supported by educators and relevant learning resources, don't just spread fear because cryptocurrency is full of risks, but it must be delivered in a balanced way.
A good initiative as more people will learn about this system. If also the educators itself will show interest and use this system for their transactions, they will be able to educate their students in the proper way of using this crypto currency. Student needs to understand the advantages of having this
coin not only for store assets but also the actual benefits when using this coin from every transactions that being done.

This is a good adoption of bitcoin as it helps young people today to become more aware that the internet has money like crypto curency. This can be of great help because surely as they grow older they can bring knowledge to crypto and share it with their children and friends.

But I think that a stronger explanation and study needs to be taught to young people because they can't learn it right away if they are not sure if it will help their lives.

Because those questions are difficult to answer nowadays because they are all based on speculation and based on what is seen.

Adoption for bitcoin become syllabus in the school for tech student know with bitcoin or altcoin investment, before investing in bitcoin they have know procedure with bitcoin investment, nice for trying junior high school until to higher education for adopting bitcoin as subject in the school. many student maybe have interested with investment kind and bitcoin best solution to give chance get profit later.

What's your opinion about this? Should cryptocurrency as a whole and blockchain be in schools curriculum?
The inclusion of fundamental lessons about Bitcoin in the school syllabus is a strategic move. This can provide a lot of knowledge for students to introduce bitcoin as early as possible. However, despite being controversial, bitcoin is an innovation that must be learned. This is a manifestation of the development of civilization, where everything is always developing and changing, adjusting the increasing needs of life.

What's your opinion about this? Should cryptocurrency as a whole and blockchain be in schools curriculum?

Personally, I think is a good idea to add cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to schools curriculum.  This will help bring creative ideas as to how to make cryptocurrency and blockchain technology more acceptable and easy to use. Also, people will learn to appreciate the benefits and the privileges cryptocurrency and blockchain technology present to the entire world. High school students are the future of every country in terms of human resources. This integration will easily help in mass adoption of cryptocurrency and the use of blockchain technology in every aspect of our entire lives....

In India bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies have been in the syllabus of the IT sector since years , you can actually write in your curriculum that you are a crypto expert , now one should understand that what kind of an impact will it make on the fact that students of the highschool are studying it , one might one day try and invent something even greater that Bitcoins , the future is bright .

One might say *we did leave an impact*

Wow, I think it's a great initiative! Since economics is about money in various forms, it would not be fair not to include the newest innovation in this area as well. It's important for these lessons to be neutral, though, not highly in favor of EUR or BTC. It should be about facts, possible advantages and disadvantages of both systems. I also think it's a nice try to make kids interested in their lessons. I work part-time as a school teacher, and it seems that the topic that teenagers are most excited about is new electronic devices, the role of technology in our lives and stuff like that. So talking to them about the new electronic kind of money can be a way of making them interested in Economics in general, especially since Bitcoin pushes the boundaries of what is considered money or not and stuff like that.
