You should not invest all your life savings on BTC just for becoming rich quickly. Still the market is volatile and will keep remaining the same for next few years. If you are optimistic enough you should invest right now as it is the best time.
I think bitcoin is now one of the best place to invest. But we should be prepared to accept our fate. And build a great strategy which will help you to achieve your goal.
If I invest in bitcoin, I don't directly enter large capital because with exchange rate fluctuations that tend speed to make me try to be patient in looking for profit so I don't rely on bitcoin as a long-term investment place.

Actually bitcoin some function, and one of them is to be a medium of investment. Right now, bitcoin for investment is more popular than to be a currency, it just because bitcoin as investment seems to be more promising than to be a currency. Yeah, bitcoin have many uses you can to pay the bills and buying stuff and most of all you can use to invest. People buy bitcoin at low price then they hold and waiting for increasing because of this strategy people earn more profit. 
what some people do with a tool doesn't define the true usage of that tool. you can pick your tooth with a dagger but that doesn't make the dagger a toothpick!
some people will use bitcoin as an speculation tool like the millions of people around the world who are investing in Forex market and are using US dollar, Japanese Yen,... as speculation tools but that doesn't make USD, JPY,... any less of a currency.

We may have some different in opinion about the actual use of Bitcoin, But it posses a lot of usage in the market, traders use it for trading business in crypto market, some are using the HODL then re Sell it again, it maybe huge participation of a lot on investment, still it is an individual preference on how to make use the Bitcoin for the said individual. we can see more Huge investment it give us a good profits, not to mention that Market is Volatile...good luck.

Most profitable investment if you're going to hold it for long term. It does changed life of many people and some people also lost their hard earned money but the most people made profit by holding bitcoins. I don't think anyone should put their hard earned money to invest in bitcoin but with spare money you can make some profit and greediness also the main reason people loose their money.

The price was less than $1 when it started and as we speak, it has grown to more than $7000 though it has grown to more than $19k before, it was due to some speculations and basically because of adoption, the price went this low. Bitcoin will reach $50k this year.

Bitcoin has changed the life of so many people as it has helped them to become self employed. Some of them earn as a part time income and support their family. SOme do the freelancing work and get paid in the btc. Some invest for future etc.

I do not agree with this, bitcoin is not an investment or something like that, it is much steeper and has many uses!
I think this signifies that people are dancing to the tune of the rhythm. Initially, people were using Btc to buy pizza but who would do that now. The trend has changed and it is now regarded as a form of investment.
