I agree that it is still a good time to buy bitcoin now if you are to hold bitcoin for a very long time. but if you want to buy it cheaper you need to wait for a pump and decline of Bitcoin price. That may take for sometime but I am sure it will happen. But I guess the current price is still reasonable to buy Bitcoin.

1. Price is looking strong
2. Bitcoin have recovered quite nicely from that big dump happened few months back
3. After the price touched 1100$ it came back to 700$ but the price became stable now at 900$+
All the facts show that bitcoin will always remain a safe place to invest into.

Bitcoin has shown a steady rise in price over the years even if it had its fluctuations in price. Also I consider bitcoin and crypto-currencies the currencies of the future because of their usability and technology. Another reason why bitcoin is a good investment: bitcoin is getting adopted by more people on daily basis,more stores accept cryptos,more peeps pay their bills with them.. So the demand is growing..And when demand grows guess what?? The price rises. PERIOD 
If we purely look at the increased transaction volume, trading volumes, more interest from wealthy individuals to build themselves some sort of a mining farm due to the potential that Bitcoin has, then yes, it's indeed fairly easy to assume that the demand is increasing. But regarding that more people pay their bills with Bitcoin.... It just doesn't make sense to me. Even aside from the fact that it doesn't make any sense to me, where do you get the impression that more people pay their bills with Bitcoin? Mind sharing some stats? Or maybe a link to an article?
Investing in bitcoin is good because you split your capital, in case your local fiat gets worthless you still have a small amount in bitcoin. If bitcoin gets worthless you still have your fiat. In case both get worthless, well shit happens.

This is very short sighted. A growing demand is not that easy and there are also technical limitations to consider, which you seem to just ignore. Let me put it in term everybody can understand. Imagine building a steel beam into the sky by adding one beam after another. At first it works fine, but after a while it gets harder and harder and if you ignore the technical limitations, then it will collapse and you will never reach the moon.

is a good investment because from 2009 to onward we have seen that the the price of the increases and there is 99 % chances that its price will increase in the future so i think it is a good platform for investment
Only a 99% chance it will increase? I would not put my money there. But seriously how do you come up with this number? Just because something was good so far, does not mean it will continue in this manner.

Bitcoin was the most lucrative investment in 2016, still we don't see the same hype in the media as in the 2013. Since the rule about when to get out is when the investment is hyped all about the media and everyone knows about it, then we probably still have much more room to grow and to rise the price.

Surely the number of investors will be higher this year than the last one, but it's not possible to know with sure in numbers how much will be this increase. It will depends if Bitcoin technology be updated, the issues with transactions delays be corrected and more diversificated news about the currency.
