I wouldn't have known as I just managed to check the preev rate right after you mentioned it.
It is alarming to say that it has gone up this high so quickly.
Isn't anybody else worried that it will drop as it always has in the past with it rising so fast suddenly? Embarrassed

Would of bought more when I was buying on Friday to know that it has risen $77 since then. Undecided

Its crazy times we live. The less time we have towards the end of 2016 the more propable it is we will have 1000 worth of btc. Bitcoin defy the rules of propability for nth time now.

The increasing seems to rush and not predicted before as we've seen the increases since bitfinex hacked being step by step and hold for months. Christmas and new year spirit? Are people buying bitcoin because of that? I don't know for sure, big players who playing are welcome to share. Is it because pure of bitcoin benefits or anything? We just simply enjoying the current price and don't sell your coins.

Im sure that all bitcoin users are glad to see the price of bitcoin increased and we are almost hitting the $1000 mark on which most people speculate for this year.I could say its possible but not guaranteed but $50 price more is not that hard and maybe before the year ends we could see that but i do really have a fear that it will dip its price again to $700 which is coming back to its price.

It does look like a ground for another dump. I like to see gradual BTC growth but this is just too fast and unnatural. After that, there s usually a dump.

I have secured a decent amount of profits already, so in that regard, reaching the $1000 won't be that big of a deal for me. It will be a very nice achievement in the way that we finally operate with four figure prices, but that's really it. Let's first see if we will really hit the much anticipated $1000 level. But one thing is sure, a decent sized correction is imminent. Don't expect the price to keep going up without seeing a major correction at some point. Right now is the perfect time to either secure profits, or to keep holding. Buying right now is pure madness.

If people continue holding and see the real potentials , we could easily avoid a panic selling and a price decrease. If they do that then I think It's just a matter of time until we reach 1000$ (and this is likely to happen before the new year).
With 2017 coming and new services like Airbnb thinking about adding bitcoin , I see that the new year could be "the year of bitcoin". We do have some issues that need to be solved though , SegWit is an example. Hopefully everything goes as planned.

I have been watching it now for nearly two days and even I want to know should I exit now or wait for it to hit high. Will this high growth sustain or cash before it's to late. If any one has any tips. What are you all planning to do. It will help a lot. Have people caused out already what's the scenario we should exit at it stay. Would prefer if a legendary or Sr member could answer.
