yeah there it much users that bitcoin will not just die because of some fluctuations in price. We do understand that the market is volatile and it will cause panic to those that knows that it is normal to decrease in value. The confidence of the users will always be there for bitcoin.
Even how low the price of Bitcoin for now, I have a strong belief and faith to this crypto currency that it will not die and Bitcoin will continuously be the King of all the crypto currencies. the fall of bitcoin should shock many people and make many people panic about the dramatic decline, so that many new investors panic and sell their bitcoin, and they do not think they have made a mistake by selling their bitcoin at a price down, so they suffer a massive defeat that they must suffer. 
although bitcoin is now down but that's a normal decline, I think this is just a correction of bitcoin prices at the end of 2017 ago, so I keep myself calm and patient, because bitcoin a few years ago its price is much cheaper than now .

I wouldnt consider it as crashing though. Bitcoin price falls because of too many people dumping it as the price goes up even a little bit because they are so carving of profit. So the people who are just patiently waiting have no choice but to get affected by those.
Yes I agree on that, we are already experiencing a huge dropping of price many times before and I believe that this is not new to us. Bitcoin is always drawn up crashing but it will come back to the rising status at the end, so we can never predict bitcoin if it will be going to crash or to rise in the next few days.

No, its not the reason that when the bitcoin is crashing due to falling price. It is not falling of its value but it will change when the value will high. Bitcoin is unpredictable.

I do not see that there is any indication of ICO project reduction. I am optimistic for the next 2 years ICO will continue to grow. Although there are new rules, an innovation made by ICO will provide an interest and convenience to the users of the project.

In market most of the coins are suffering for price because all of them are infected based on this many developer are working here to stable this situations also this idea is really true because btc is trying to recover their market again also they need more investors.
