That's real, but also i think that the anonymity of bitcoin's transactions and decentralizing if this transactions could be for sure reasons to make Bitcoin as famous as we know nowadays

Merchants should be the first ones to realize how much money they lose because of mastercard, visa and co.
I had as shop once and most of my expenses were those fees on every transaction my customers were doing.

Sometimes I paid around 5$ for a single transaction.

The delay it takes to convert fiat to bitcoin is very offputting to new users. Many give up just because of that.

this process just need a very long time, after all satoshi himself predicted 20 years to see the outcome of bitcoin, only six are passed until now

but since people around the world don't like to wait for, they simply have forgot about bitcoin for now, but the true is many more than what we think, know about bitcoin, they just don't use it

Bitcoin gains more popularity by it's own performance. When bitcoin hit it's life time higher prices, the total world has turned towards bitcoin progress. I personally believe the higher bitcoin price itself a very much evolving self promotion of bitcoin to make it more popular and well-known.

I think so too, the increasing of Bitcoin's price and the stability of this high price could for real support this currency and popularize it as well. I think the next halving, next summer , will help to increase the bitcoin's price and this can be reason to advertise this ecurrency in better ways

You're right, before I have heard of bitcoins because my friends talked to me briefly about it and how they could buy, umm... "party favors" with it, but I never really got interested because I wasn't going to try and do stuff like that sketchily on the internet... but when I just got here on the forum, it became more apparent to me that it is a lot bigger than that. So if I ever run into people who are interested in bitcoins I will most certainly only direct them to here if they would like to learn more, because I know I certainly am.

imo bitcoin never stopped being famous. ever since the idea and the technology came out in jan 2009,bitcoin has only gained popularity. its true theres still a lot of the population that don't know about it yet, but i hope they come to see this forum and see bitcoin for what it trully is- a beautiful thing Wink

Well the short time that bitcoin stand above 500 dollars were enought to bring more investors into the game,and even now there is more people involved at bitcoin then before,even some of them just waiting to roi and get out.

Although many ppl hear about bitcoin. But they are still dumb not to use it. IMO we need some kind of triggers for them to adopt bitcoin, which should offer the average Joe really good use base.
