You are right about the thing that we cannot claim bitcoin a global currency as it is not used globally. But it is used online globally and there is no restrictions of boundaries.

We can't claim if bitcoin is a global currency because in my region a lot of people doesn't know about bitcoin, for online globally maybe some little people is still unfamiliar with bitcoin.

USD is till the global currency of the earth because that's what's almost every currency is being compared to, to know it's value. It would take a very long time to change the global currency from USD to bitcoin and a very large money, and a very powerful/influential person to do so.

yes it is a fact that bitcoin is now the global currency of the world. i think there will be not a single state where people are not using bitcoin. therefore w can say that bitcoin has become the global curreny of the world.

if one bitcoin is worth $750 this does not mean that bitcoin is stronger than USD. because there are only 15 million bitcoins out there while on the other hand there are trillions of dollars so this comparison can not work that way

I agree with this. We can't say Bitcoin is global currency if many people not aware with Bitcoin existence. People is still unfamiliar with Bitcoin, especially in internet less region.

don't worry. it will become legal so soon. governments are started allowing bitcoin . in future bitcoin will be legal for every country and bitcoin will be used in any street of world same like fiat currency.

As you can see now you see also that Bitcoin is becoming more acceptable as payment method and that is perfect for the currency itself.
But it have also to change and that is that the value of the Bitcoin have to rise and that is important.

I think the main, unrealized power of bitcoin is the instantaneous transfers and incredibly low transfer fees. This is what makes it a true global currency.

I feel sad for those people who live in those country who can be prosecuted if they used bitcoin.
