I feel like the prices are being suppressed and should be higher for pre-halving..

Prices halting due to that alt coin ETH and value of that coin making more money invest into that cause they see a way to cash out.

I love the fact that we are so close to the 500 dollar there is a good chance we gonna hit it soon.
This month will be a very good month for us all in my opinion this is a very nice sign if you ask me.

I do not think the bitcoin price will reach $500 in May. It is possible only in late June or Middle July.

We will hit $500 by end of next week...$1300 by halving....brexit vote on June 23...if Britain leaves the Euro...bitcoin will hit $2000-$3000 by end of 2016.
The only thing that makes a tiny bit sense is that you say that the price will increase to $500 at the end of next (now this) week. All other things are pure fantasy

I am of the opinion that most Bitcoin holders are indeed buying and promoting Bitcoin for financial gain. So the more the price rises, the better it is for the end user of the bitcoins to take the advantages.

The end user will only benefit if the price stays stable and more shops adopt bitcoin. The speculation on the price is only interesting for traders, which in fact are the core behind bitcoin.
Something which should change fast if we want it to succeed.

Price look promising but i don`t think it is nearly high enough as most of us have been waiting for long time. We are getting closer to halving and we should break 500 soon and go up even higher. I know it won`t be easy but this would be best bot for Bitcoin and us as investor. I personally see everything below 500 as an investment oppurtunity. I hope time will prove me right soon.

I like your explanation about your question, but in my opinion, it is difficult to tell you what will be the price, when bitcoin will hit in the end of 2016, you know most of the people have a lot of hope about bitcoins, because one main thing in this year halving is coming, so it is the main reason of changing the price of bitcoin.

As you can see now you see that the value is rising slowly and that is perfect for the currency because than more people can also more profit with it.
And maybe if they are waiting a longer time that they can also earn more money with it and that would be perfect.

The price will increase to $500 by some time in July. The big whales are still accumulating at the moment.

i really love how bitcoin has been rising these past few months, the overall is only rise and also the rise is consistent and slow. from time to time there is a drama that causes the rise to stop or backtrack a little bit but it can no longer push price down for long, and bitcoin is soon back on track.

Haha, I hope you're right. But still... There could be a huge pump @ halving. Who knows?

IMO bitcoin is still undervalued currently. Fiat is just way too overvalued right now, especially in the case of USD. I'm pretty sure it'll self correct soon.

Yeah this can happen easily I guess that the price is going to hit $500 this month or the next month. But hitting $1300 that is not going to happen. I just do not see it happening we are still to far away from it.

It seams that op was incorrect about the price he had predicted as one week prediction, but other parts of the op could show up to be true.
The elections in Britain hold most of the decision that will also be made on vote for brexit, which could in fact show to be true. If and when that
happens, the pressure will be high, and it just may be enough for predicted 1,3k USD by halving date. Im keeping my fingers crossed.

If the Wall Street fund managers are allowed to invest in bitcoin in the future, the price will be many times of $465.

your predictions are nice but i dont think that it will hit 1300 or bypass the mark of the 1000
Me neither for the price to be $1300 this years is not going to happen. The price is now rising but I am sure that it is going drop a little this year and be stable for awhile like we have seen in the past.

When most exchanges get the "bitlicense", some pension funds or hedge funds can invest in bitcoin, the price will rise.

It's coming folks, get your golden tickets at hand.

China isn't fixed and people are desperate to get their yuan out of the country (by means of BTC) before TSHTF big time.

Remember bitcoins market cap = circa $7bn

Then think of total Chinese savings  = a paltry $27tn (yes trillion)

Then think about if even a small percentage decided to buy bitcoin as a means of evading capital controls or currency devaluation. Now $7bn kind of pales in comparison, doesn't it???

BOOM!
