Isn't the option of buying a battery powered by solar energy to charge your phone cheaper than buying a generator? You don't need much to learn, you need a phone and a good internet connection.
Electricity and the Internet are not a problem in learning Bitcoin, but investing will require a lot of money from you, because buying one Bitcoin will cost you a lot according to your country.
After you have a stable internet all you will need to start learning from good sources.

This is what I am thinking. These days you can buy a cheap solar system - panel, batteries, inverter or all-in-one.
Generator is quite expensive if you have no budget for this. At least with solar panels, the source of energy is always free.
I hope the OP can read this suggestion as for sure solar energy is cheaper than generator if you are just setting up like 200-W solar panel.
Check also the wind turbine option. You can already run hybrid sources of energy these days. You can connect both wind turbine and solar panel in one MPPT.

This is not a limitation of Bitcoin but rather your current situation. You shouldn’t push yourself to learn Bitcoin if you are on the secluded area away from the internet. Investing Bitcoin is not a must if your current situation is not suitable for it. What’s your main goal on studying Bitcoin? To become developer or investors? Because you can buy and hold Bitcoin by just traveling on your capital to buy and store it in your wallet to hold. It doesn’t need to be check most of the time if your main goal is just to invest.

You can also download all the ebooks related to Bitcoin then study offline in your island.
Honestly, I think he should. He's clearly capable if not only for the fact that he doesn't have consistent running electricity. Generators like that do not come cheap so I guess he can stand to dedicate a few hours of his time and his life learning about bitcoin, so that when he moves to a more industrialized area, he wouldn't be as misinformed that much. I think he's inspiring to say the least, and to shut down a dream like that just because of his circumstance instead of giving him moral support is a little bit cruel don't you think?

This can be said to be an extreme condition for bitcoin users, let's say you are doing research on the accessibility of bitcoin for people in areas with very inadequate power sources. If you do manage to make some bitcoin transactions out of necessity, it will set the tone for the future for anyone in a similar environment.
By the way, how do you get internet signal?
Not all network are very good in signal here, but their is a precise I make use of that the signal is better for the Internet. The major hassle is not having steady power supply for the living here.

There will always be "white spots" on Earth, where there will be difficulties with bitcoin due to the lack (limitation) of electricity or the Internet. The distribution of people around the planet is uneven and therefore there will be regions like yours where there are power outages. What can be done about it? Adapt by providing yourself with electricity using alternative sources, such as the same generator or solar panels, or move to places where the infrastructure is better established.

You can also do it like this:
- when you have electricity, you save a copy of the forum (or other resource related to crypto) on your PC (using special programs) and read / study info about bitcoin when your electricity is turned off.

A good solar power setup is much better than buying a generator in the long run. Generator needs diesel or gasoline to run, which will cost you a lot, while solar power needs only bright lights from the sun. If you're going to use your solar power efficiently, it could help you to learn more about Bitcoin and earn Bitcoin. It's very hard in your current situation because of so many things you don't have. There's a saying that "where there's a will, there's a way", which is very true.

Of course, the presence of solar panels would be an ideal solution for the OP, but this requires additional funds in which, judging by his story, he is limited. But just the fact that a person striving to study bitcoin, including, has solved to some extent his problem with power outages, already inspires hope that he will persistently go further.
The eagerness to learn about bitcoin is really great. Very few strive to learn more and more. Op seems to be one such kind and he had reached a level with which he is able to meet his power needs. As most users mentioned he should've gone for solar power electricity generation. If it is solar powered he doesn't need to have any other expenses. With the one he had bought he needs to spend regularly for fuel which might eat his earnings.

I know about bitcoin since 2021, but my major challenge of learning bitcoin all this while is because of no electricity.  Sometimes in a week the electricity company distribute electric power once or twice in a week doesn't last up to an hour.
Last year I tried my best to save some money so I can buy generator that can give me electricity to learn bitcoin well  and to start up the little I can invest in bitcoin.
You can learn about Bitcoin by many resources on the Internet (websites, forums, Github, Youtube channels) or paper books or e-books. Fortunately with paper books or e-books, you can learn about Bitcoin everywhere.

Mastering Bitcoin (Github).

You can get your bitcoin wallet (Bitcoin Core, Electrum or hardware wallets) and use it to store your bitcoins, bring it around and don't need to have constant Internet connection.

It sounds great as you managed to buy an electricity generator for yourself. Have you ever thought of solar panels?

Most important things to learn Bitcoin is a smart phone or a computer. Obviously, you need electricity to charge them. When you need to use a generator or another source of power supply, your situation gets worse. Why solar would be more expensive than a generator is beyond me. For constant power source, solar would be preferred. You can learn about cryptocurrency there, though, because you have access to the internet. Proceed to discover more. Consider purchasing a solar panel, even a small one that can power your smartphone.

The cost of installing solar power supply is expensive and intensity of sunlight in the OP's location is also an important factor to consider. But the advantage of using solar cannot be compared with generators. I am considering the environmental impact of running a generator. Generators produces one of the most poisonous gases that is colourless and odourless but kills without warning. My people have become sick and some have lost thier lives because of generators in my location

My advice is that since you have already gotten a generator, use it to download books and videos about Bitcoin and study them. But when you have the funds, consider setting up a solar power source because it is more reliable and safe.

Anything that's capable of running a computer for a decent amount of time is going to cost in excess of £1000. I know there's a lot of Chinese brands which have dived into the portable power storage solutions. However, can't really comment on their reliability or their safety. However, this seems a rather extreme measure just for Bitcoin. If it has a use for additional things other than Bitcoin, sure why not. Otherwise, operating offline seems to be the most cost effective solution to me, at least if you're only needing to receive, and not send often.

This is also good advice he can also buy an extra laptop battery for extended uptime hours.
Most laptops can't run for longer than 12 hours so it would probably get you to 24 hours on the lowest power settings. There are laptops which can do more. There's a Panasonic toughbook which claims to reach around 40 hours, but I've personally never been able to replicate their claims. However, I do tend to run more intensive operating systems than they test on.

live in an island where I'm surrounded by waters, because of the distance of the island from the upland which is the capital of my state where the government officials base has affected developments from coming into the island where I stay. It is as if the people in the island have no government to bring good developments,  their is no constant electricity,  no road and bridges.

I know about bitcoin since 2021, but my major challenge of learning bitcoin all this while is because of no electricity.  Sometimes in a week the electricity company distribute electric power once or twice in a week doesn't last up to an hour.

Perhaps when you have electricity download a bunch of information about bitcoin to your laptop computer.  Or order some hard copy books.

He can use his mobile phone or tablet to store ebooks about Bitcoin, I think during his uptime hours he will be able to charge his devices and browse important Bitcoin-related pdf's and save it to his mobile device. He can also buy power banks to lengthen the uptime of his devices.  With enough power banks he can make his mobile phone or tablet up 24/7 regardless of heavy usage.

There are inexpensive solar charges if you only have to charge a laptop.  Or make sure that your laptop is charged fully when power is on?

This is also good advice he can also buy an extra laptop battery for extended uptime hours.

That is very confined condition but I believe what the other guys said about your availability over internet seems bit odd. I do not want to overthink your situation but there are definitely ways out for the same. If electricity grid has reached your area then it is well developed location. If it is really concerning then you can just move to the next location where electricity is far more consistent. For example, area with industrial zone where most probably electricity should be up and running all the time.

If you can access internet, then you are not limited to use bitcoin at all!!

Honestly I dont understand your situation completely, since you seem to be able to chat in the forum. If you are able to do this, then you can read about bitcoin. If the internet connection or the power is only temporarily I would advise you to buy books about bitcoin or download/print stuff.
Here you can find books about bitcoin: https://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/092916/top-6-books-learn-about-bitcoin.asp
Those are specifically for beginners and can be a good option in any case.
If you have the money, buy a hardware wallet. If you dont have it, store coins on paper wallets and for daily payment use a mobile wallet on your phone.

If not able to charge your smartphone is what's stopping you from learn more about Bitcoin go for the highest power bank in the market, there is one I use here that last me for a whole week charging my smartphone only, they cost around 150$ in my country, here is a pic

If the amount is too much for you then there is another option, buy a solar power bank, they cost around 20$ - 40$ depending on the battery capacity aka mAh, I am sure it's always sunny on the island, just place the power bank panel facing up and you will receive energy. This will keep your phone charged 100% every day.

Do not let the lack of electricity be the thing stopping you from learning this great innovation called Bitcoin. This options will save you the headache of buying fuel for the generator and no generator noise either.

This is probably far from ideal, but you can already generate a Bitcoin wallet without electricity, however you probably need a way of verifying it or when you do have electricity you can download a wallet, verify it, and then create a seed. Get the addresses, write them down physically, and verify they're correct. Then you can provide that address to anyone whenever you want to receive Bitcoin, completely offline. Not ideal, I know. For learning Bitcoin, you could try, and get some books first of all. Understand the fundamentals, and proceed with the above method of receiving funds. Sending funds would be more difficult, and would require internet access.

senwei SV6200E2 has a max output of 4.5KW

thats a heck of alot more power than needed to charge a cell phone/laptop
maybe instead of running it to power all devices, appliances and luxuries, you can economise its utility to spread out the utility length beyond 3 hours

also even with your high load appliances only getting 3 hours of electric. that 3 hours is more then enough to charge a cell phone to last for days thus if re-fuelling each day, i see no problem

if you plan and economise what you wish to power. then you can maximise the utility beyond 3 hours to also power some of your heavier load appliances

I didn't push my self because their were obstacle that were in the corners storing me. But right now I know nothing is stopping me, and I'll definitely achieve it.

If I may ask the Iceland you live in, is it your original home, or you just moved there with you family for some sort of reasons?

How do you cope with work living in area like that, Or you work from home ?

Now that you have gotten your self a generator which can get you a stable power supply, another challenge here will be petroleum since it took you some years to gather up funds to buy the generator how do you intend to buy petroleum on a daily basis.

If I was to be on you shoe I could have chosen a solar inverter rather than that generator, it will cost you a kind of more than that of the generator but after the installation you won't have to worry about Petroleum again, and since it's just for the purpose of  Bitcoin learning and investment, you won't need much power so it will serve you more...

You should also be aware that Bitcoin investment won't give you instant profit, Incase you have fast ROI in mind.

My advice Learn you strategy well before you start your investment so that you don't get disappointed at any point.
My home town where I live. Solar is much expensive.  But I can be able to afford petrol atleast 3 hours daily.
I believe you have done pretty well considering you have been able to solve the major problem of your Bitcoin cream which is power by getting that Generator and I believe access to the internet is not an option. That said, understanding the market is a big deal so it is equally important as some have mentioned to get materials that will teach you about Bitcoin and the market sentiment.
