Against all odds,if btc while at less than $1 with few holders could reach $7000 with more than 5 million holders in just less than 8 to 9 years,then the sky is its start point regardless of china regulations or any country's financial regulations.

It was said that Ethereum was about to replace Bitcoin because of the way it works. Ethereum is indeed fast but as we have seen its price mostly depends on Bitcoin. Ethereum exchange rate has declined from 0,087 BTC to 0,046 BTC. I'm not an expert but I think it's because of either Bitcoin price rise or Bitcoin Gold and SegWit2x hard forks.
I thought for sure it would take until the end of 2018 but it looks like this summer ethereum might pass it up. With the turmoil around BTC potential splitting, it might be very soon. IMO this is healthy, we will always value bitcoin for being the one that started it all, but it's time for a more dynamic and adaptable currency to take the lead.
I really very confident that bitcoin in the next few years would increasingly popular because in an increase the Exchange rate a very large although there are currently types of coins etherium deemed to have the quality of the same as BTC but until at any time will never shift position at all.

That might be true. But I do not believe Ethereum will be able to hold their gains for long. Sooner or later the price has to go down simply because that is what markets do.

Its bound to happen anyway to every currency the market always has ups and downs and bitcoins will not be forever on top that is true but it will take a really long time for bitcoins to steadily fall on the market. I guess it will start to happen when the the number of bitcoins mined or owned by different investors reach its cap.
No one knows if that would happen because all of this are just speculative value.And we know that ethereum is rising up these days but i think it cant surpass its value.Bitcoin is the basis of all cryptocurrency so it cant be defeated by other altcoin.And for me bitcoin will still be the leader.
There are a lot of coins witch are popular right now and bitcoin is a unstable coin so bitcoin might one day go down very hard witch gives the opportunity for other coins to rise to the top. So you shouldn't go all in on bitcoin maybe try other coins aswell.
At the moment even if you combined all of the alt coins on the market they wouldn't make up to Bitcoins current userbase or price. Bitcoin is still number one at the moment.
Cryptocurrency market is unpredictable its impossible to know for sure. I admit that sooner or later there will probably be some altcoin that will beat Bitcoin.
Will 7 years count as enough time for your "sooner or later" for you. There's litecoin out there and it has been right from the start. It's better than bitcoin in some aspects but we don't see it coming near bitcoin. It's only recently when litecoin has received some light. Before that, it stayed quiet. Altcoins are just slightly better than bitcoin. That slight increase in technology is not enough to throw bitcoin away from its throne. That's why altcoin developers just accepted it and started to have a target market instead of having to try to beat bitcoin. Some coins were made for the purpose of gambling. Some are made for an even more anonymous transaction. And there are some that was made for a cheaper and faster transaction. On the other hand, bitcoin is the base currency of all cryptocurrency. Even with these advances in technology, bitcoin will still not be replaced and the proof will be it's still not replaced right now.
It will either take a huge leap in technology for bitcoin to be overthrown or bitcoin will have to destroy itself for bitcoin to be not number one for long.
Bitcoin is just a store of value but it has good marketing. Other more useful coins will surpass it when they mature to the same level as bitcoin.
i think it is totally wrong bitcoin is going very famous with a very high speed and in future it is very expected that bitcoin will become an international currency and still bitcoin is leading in crypto currency and no one can beat bitcoin because the rate of bitcoin is increasing very quickly.

Since Bitcoin is completely covered by the law of the market and its rate depends on the ratio of supply and demand, everything can be. If Bitcoin does not constantly improve and eliminate its vulnerabilities, it is possible that some better coin with improved characteristics will receive more support than Bitcoin and Bitcoin will lose his place as a leader in crypto currency.

I think you really underestimate the first-comer advantage. I think more and more people will realize that altcoins will come and go while bitcoins is here to stay

ETH is something that has been serving as the alternative for the bitcoin. Ethereum slowly gaining more power and the same won't replace the bitcoin growth. Ethereum has been gaining more potential as more and more ico tokens were getting developed on the same Eth platform.I don't really see Ethereum being the platform of some coins affecting the price of Ether. Maybe it helps keep Ether in the scene of things but at the end of the day, just because these coins under ETH contract are getting some light and some hype, it doesn't really increase the price of ETH. Right now, even with the thousands of coins under ETH contract, ETH is still going down while bitcoin's price is going up. It seems like ETH is just another altcoin, right? Just like any other, ETH is affected by bitcoin's movements and there's no stopping it. Not with these little coins under ETH contract regardless of how many coins are they.
Bitcoin is the base currency of the cryptoworld. Its movement is affecting the price of all the other coins. And no matter how much these new coins get in their ICO or how much hype they get in the trading world, at the end of the day bitcoin will always be the king. After a long time of trading altcoins, you will still convert them to bitcoins in order to cash them out and use some money in the real world. No coins have come near bitcoin's standing in the crypto world and I don't think there ever will.
