Next Meetup 6th of July
Hey guys,
It was great meeting you all! It was awesome seeing so much expertise and enthusiasm in one place! In fact it was a bit of a humbling experience, I learned a lot just listening to you guys and gals and I know I should have just shut up and listened more than once.
I think that proves a point though, there's a gigantic amount of stuff to learn about crypto and it's a huge mountain to climb for newcomers, you have probably been in it for so long that you don't even think about the things that might not be obvious to "mortals".
We're going to need to work on the training program *a lot* to cover all the questions. And a lot of the basics like "What is money?"!
Nothing concrete was accomplished, but beers were consumed and great ideas generated

I agree with adamstgBit, really interesting meet-up we had. It was nice to meet new Bitcoiners with skills and ideas.

I'd like to thank the guys from quebec for coming down, the conversations that get going when you have a bunch of die hard bitcoiners together is Awesome , sry about the ticket and then diving all the way back to quebec at night in the rain... lol oh well at least the food was good, Not! Lol!!!

by far the most productive meet up yet. Was great meeting everyone, we have some real talent in Quebec, lets put it to good use and do some ALL of the things we talked about!

yes one of the bitcoiners coming is actually a LTC GPU miner
if you do come, I will be giving you some physical bitcoins ( 0BTC value on it, with an empty wallet on the back of the coin)
you can use these coins to introduce new people to bitcoin. and i find its a good way to explain the public / private key pair concept.

We will be meeting this Saturday at our new meetup space, the main goal of the meetup will be to discuss our plans for this new space, check out this thread >> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/building-a-bitcoin-embassy-235422 << for more info about this project. June 22nd is great for me, from any time onwards.
The building will be open to our community -- all the time -- once we are tad more organized, hence our need to set-up the spaces and establish "key-holding" responsibilities asap.

setup a better table / seating agement.
