Debit cards that use Bitcoin are definitely becoming a new trend, and I expect we'll see more companies coming out with them in the future.
I'm not sure if we'll see credit cards for a year or two, but I expect they aren't far away either.

Regarding https://prepaidbitcoin.ph/ , that's not a debit card if you looked into the site. It's just a prepaid card and unfortunately, it's not quite known just yet in the Philippines, as said by some of my friends there.

I guess using debit card as a start is a good way to introduce bitcoin to mainstream use. Hopefully soon bitcoin itself will take over Visa/Mastercard as leading payment system.

Well Bitcoin ATM is already a thing few years ago it's just not really popular among the people in public places (as most of them don't even know BTC exists)But if you're talking about Bitcoin ATM made by big bank companies like visa or MasterCard, then it's a new thing to me and hopefully will help people to understand BTC more as they can market and advertise bitcoin into mainstream media

I am using ANX debit card. It works well with me.
I haven't got one, but have registered to get my first bitcoin through one of the signature campaign provider. It has got increased access compared to other bitcoin cards.
