At this start of this year, there was a lot of hype about how high the price of bitcoin will get, some speculated that btc will set a new ATH of $100k before the first half of the year is over, others before the first quarter of the year.
A lot of hype? show me at least 5 people who said BTC would even be worth $50K before the end of April 2021

This However has not been the case. We just passed the first quarter of the year and btc has not even gotten to $70k yet. Do you still think $100k is still possible before the first half of the year?
So you expected Bitcoin price to make a parabolic rise minus any price correction?

The Bull market is still on and it's just a matter of time before BTC smashes past $70K, last i remember the ATH was around ~$64.5K, 5.5K price rise can be achieved by BTC within 24 hours. It's nothing.

Those are speculations, you have to understand that everyone is only giving their thoughts and estimation.

That's fine, there's no need to rush. Why look at the bright side that bitcoin within just less than a year, it's been up to $64k as the newest all time high.

Do you still think $100k is still possible before the first half of the year?
I want to see it go but why ask if you know that bitcoin is volatile.

Try to be patient my friend

Honestly, there are only a few prediction saying that bitcoin will surpass $100k in the first quarter while other people are quite cautious in making such anticipation. I only trust people who claim that bitcoin will be around $40000-60000.

Bitcoin will hit $100k. But I do not think it will happen fast. The slower the process, the stable the price will be. I do not want to witness bitcoin falling like it was in 2018
