Does anyone know of retailers which sell goods/services for crypto only with no option of payment made in fiat?

Could this represent a good business model for a small store with an online only presence?

There must be some holding alts who are fustrated by the lack of options in terms items they can spend their coins on. While there are many options for bitcoin, for the most part alts are neglected and there isn't a huge market where they can be utilized without first having to convert to btc.

Could support for ripple, eth, bcc, doge, ltc, dash and other alts be a good foundation upon which to build a small business?

 Huh

I would really appreciate if there is any in my locality but it's really difficult to get one. The only place I see it happening will be countries where the popularity of bitcoin has reached a point where entrepreneurs can have a move to establish their project and because of the popularity, there is hardly need to do much publicity as the market is already aware of bitcoin.

Over here on the otherhand, the market is not there yet as the first few years will be about enlightening the entire populace and if the money is not coming in fast, business cash flows runs into problem, the end is in sight. But this is a fertile ground to be assessed because buying from abroad will make it more expensive.

There are some business that only accept bitcoin but most of the time they are related to bitcoin, most business even if they accept bitcoin will accept paypal and other forms of payment for the simple reason there are not enough people interested in bitcoin willing to pay for their products and services so even if they started like that they end up accepting fiat.
Paypal payment is the other thing while the bitcoin payment is the separate thing so for me bitcoin has the large circle and the huge information for all the people. The paypal and the other payment are the other source for the online payment, I use to get the daily shopping in the bitcoin site and the rough sites are here for the bitcoin payment and best thing about the bitcoin is the paypal and other bitcoin payment.

There are numerous retailers which accept cryptocurrencies only for their goods and services and i am listing few of them below.
https://bitcoinshop.us has been a strong beleiver of bitcoin from its starting. This eshop is live since july 2014.
Users living in USA continent can order electronic goods, make up items and many more and can make payments in three major cryptocurrencies.
http://memorydealers.com sells a wide range of computer hardware equipments. Both accepting bitcoin as well as other altcoins
OP need to know the retailers which accepts bitcoin as the only payment method not as an alternative payment method.
I have checked your stated shop i.e bitcoinshop.us but it doesn't seems as an e-shop/store and the memorydealers.com is accepting bitcoin as an alternative payment method not the only payment method.

Crypto means business now and soon. Everything will start from bitcoin, altcoin will be selected. This is what i see. Thanks Wink
We are gradually getting there and I see so many of this springing up as time goes on. A lot of merchants and even the newbie merchants are seeing where crypto is headed and surely, will make a good impact in the ecommerce industry. So, those who can start now, even with alts, will really be making themselves the early ones in the crypto market scene.

There are presently so many of them and more are springing up by the day. I have no idea how the market is fairing for them, but I am sure if it is not doing good, most of them would have closed up and reconsider by now. It is a good thing having full crypto only store for ecommerce and it is really going to be pretty awesome seeing people have the chance to make use of their coin to purchase things like in the real world/ecommerce world raided with fiats.

However, if considering alts, it is necessary to consider how fair enough they have been in the market, but having so many of them at once, I feel will be too much. Probably, it is best if just concentrating on only 5 with good support.

I never heard of anything that you can only buy with cryptocurrencies actually I have not seen anyone accepting any altcoin in my region very few of them accept BTC as a payment option and there were more payment modes with Bitcoin, I would love to see stores experimenting altcoins as a payment option.

I think there are still allot of places where Bitcoin needs to grow so I guess a website like this will struggle a bit right now but approximately in one year this will become a hit and those who started will make a fortune.
anyone who starts doing a job with bitcoin income,
within a year it is certain that bitcoin will be able to achieve success with high price growth and perhaps within the next one year will be doubled from the current bitcoin price.
therefore from time to time there will be no belated belief to learn bitcoin

Are there any such retailers? All I can think of is illegal black market online stuff. You're probably going to find a few if you start browsing the dark web lol.
These retiles are not really sufficient and the profit of the bitcoin will be high if the best source of the income will be applied for the increasing income of the bitcoin I am going to invest the high money I the bitcoin to get the good service for the increasing price of the bitcoin, I love to be the bitcoin user and the money through the bitcoin will give me the unstoppable profit indeed.

If for you, that is your strategy then its fine as long as you are profitting from it. But we all have different strategy and sometimes just having one income is not a smart strategy if you want to make more money. At least op is finding other coins which is maybe tough considering it is not in the hourly basis that altcoins price is changing. The only thing good about btc is it is always moving but altcoins can also be a big profit in a long term investment.

Nowdays altcoins price falls to well, if we invest the money in altcoins you are in high risk buddy. I think you are not checking the difficulty graph of any coin in the coinmarketcap chart. Thus bitcoin is the only hope for all to find the profit. So you should be hold the bitcoins for some years.
That holding will give the profit that you wish to invest on altcoins.
As the bitcoin keeps growing, it looks like that the value of altcoins have decreased. It seems that the value of every altcoins were almost similar when considered in terms of dollar. Holding bitcoin is always a profitable asset, but with altcoins it has higher risk of profiting where lucky people get bigger benefits.

I don't think it should be a bitcoin only business. Don't get me wrong, I'm a true believer of bitcoin, and I really hope to see more and more merchants using bitcoin on their services, either online or in a physical shop. The problem is that the network is still not mature enough for that. It will get there, but it would be better for your business to accept some alts and fiat as well.

We all know that the principal problem with bitcoin and the blockchain right now is it's scalability. Bitcoin can handle something like 3 transactions per second. If you want to have a business, specially an online one, I'm sure you want a thousands of customers (even though you said a small shop, but since it's online, it should be achievable). You will want to be fast responding to their needs and purchases, so I think that right now, you need more options than just bitcoin. I heard NEO can handle around 1K transactions per second, or why not Dash, since it's main purpose is to facilitate online payments.

Finally we are still not in massive adoption yet, so not having fiat could be bad to your business. I really think that you should offer multiple types of payment if possible.

I guess no service or business would tend just to accept bitcoin or crypto purely which there would be always a fiat when it comes to payment. They cant risk on accepting only digital currency since those business owners are really aware on whats the risk behind it and speaking with the market or making use of altcoins I would say this would really takes time on which alts would be considered to be used as a payment. If they would able to achieve on the thing on what bitcoin did able to reach then for sure it is really possible but now its still too young but the next candidate on my mind would really be on ETH.

Yes, it is,
Nowadays Bitcoin is accepted by some of the popular sites and some big multinationals companies. but I haven't noticed any retailer shop which accepts Bitcoin as a payment tool. but day by day the time is being changed in terms of Bitcoin. day by day Bitcoin is becoming a popular platform along with a profitable system.
it can also be used for the purpose of illegal activities. since Bitcoin is an anonymous platform so it can be used whatever you want especially in the business purpose.

Besides the obvious illegal items such as drugs that can only be bought with Bitcoin and through Tor, I have seen a couple of VPN providers and server/web hosting providers that only take Bitcoin, but other than that, they never stood out to me as special or gave me any reason to remember them. Limiting a service payment to Bitcoin only does not attract Bitcoin users more than anything else (although other things like full anonymity might). Instead, it only limits your consumer base and sales. At the moment there are many more items that are exclusive to buy with fiat than there are to buy with Bitcoin, but that is to be expected given that Bitcoin is still growing and is not yet anywhere close to the size of currencies such as the dollar.
