I think you should choose Bitcoin because this is the best cryptocurrency on the market. Currently Bitcoin has the largest market capitalization, every day it has a huge trading volume. I'm sure Bitcoin will grow and its price will go to the moon in the next few years. At present, the price of Bitcoin is about $ 8300 and starts showing signs of increasing, so we should buy it before it's too late. I believe that long-term investment in Bitcoin will bring a lot of profit for us in the future

They are both good I think. These coins now is a leaders on the market, not just only about capitalization but in general. BTC is a famous coin on market and ETH is a most popular platform to the ICO. While ICO still popular and while these coins will live ETH will live too. So now if you have money to invest you can choose both, but if you have not so much money I would prefer ETH, because sometimes I'm investing to the altcoins when I sold my EHT.

Since the US residents are required to pay taxes on crypto currency holdings, you can imagine that a lot of them will want to sell some to be able to pay taxes in FIAT currency.
That means there could be a continued bear trend until that date and maybe throughout that week aka price will be decrease.

I feel like if Casper is successful we might see nice surge in ETH prices. BTC is safer bet though if you are that kind of guy.

It all depends on your capital and your goals. I prefer to buy Ethereum. This is due to the fact that I do not have much experience. Now I'm studying Altcoin who can bring me a good profit 
It was $20.000 now it is only $8000. It is definetely good time to invest in bitcoin, but that does not mean you should sell your house to buy btc now

Stay way if you are not making any effort to study the market. If I know these two great coin is always a good investment specially in the long run. Don’t buy base on any speculation, buy because you are confident on that coin.

it is depends on your strategy and plan i prefer ETH and not BTC, because i participate in token selling so ETH is better for me. but in long-term, market shown that ETH is better than BTC
If you want to hunt big then put half of your money to bitcoin and wait some time. Then half to ethereum and other alts if you have something that you want to pick. That is my suggestion it's up to what you want to do.

How bout both? , think it as an big opportunity not a risk because in investing risk will probably normal , and it's worth it at the end , so i suggest to invest at the bitcoin and ethereum these two coins has a great future on the near future. And remember that bitcoin uses for some long term and eth uses for short term investment i believe. And honestly it's still up to you , depends on you but be wise.
If you have a lot of money choose better invest in both. Currently investing in bitcoin and ethereum will be more profitable than investing in gold.

Are they in a dip? I think as long as a coin isn't at an ATH and is in a dip, then now is a good time. If the coin is in a dip, then there's a good chance it will return to what it was at before the dip. This goes for just about any established coin. So there's your answer.

I try to invest in some coins at once such as ethereum and bitcoin, but I also invest in some altcoins that can now be used as coins that have potential future. so I think if we can invest in some coins we have to do that.
