According to my observations gold ceased development or is very slow while Bitcoin ceases popular but yet it is still far from the level of gold.
People understand it in this and many are investing in Bitcoin
In recent months bitcoin was more productive than gold but gold is better for conservative investors.

If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
I just want to say something about the coin and that is that he is not secured enough people can steal your coins only if they are in your internet connection. Thats why everyone needs to use gold because that is just in your pocket and if someone want to steal it you can defend it by your self.

True. Because it is physically seen. But there are also a lot of problem with physical gold. You wear it you can get robbed. You got too many of it governmemt will questiom you. This are two different investment and both can be used at the same time.

Yeah gold is risky to hold whereas you can carry as much coins possible in your digital wallet and no one would be aware of it and bitcoin getting stolen can be impossible.

Bitcoin is gold so why are you asking to choose between bitcoin and gold. If there is no gold
there will not be a bitcoin. If the gold will disappear the bitcoin will gone away to. They only can stay
a life when people are using them both.
What are you talking about? Newsflash, Bitcoin is definitely not gold so please get your facts straight. If there is no gold, there would still be Bitcoin. Gold didn't invent Bitcoin, Satoshi did.
Let's make it simple gold is physical, bitcoin is digital. Now, my turn, I would chose bitcoin now against gold at the current state. I don't really matter about its pricing but it is all about the value if bitcoins compared to gold. Gold for me is just to flaunt to someone about your status in life, its more kinda reward but on the other hand if you carefully look at the value of bitcoins now you would realize that it is more than a gold. Gold cannot offer you fast, secure, anonymous, and cheap transactions with others online but bitcoin does.

The best thing is gold off course but if there is no gold there is no bitcoin because the bitcoin exist out of gold. or what i want to tell you
how can a coin that has a gold price on it still be there if there is actually no gold at all. So think about that and know what you are asking
bitcoin or gold.

Well bitcoin may be attract more investor recently since bitcoin getting gain more interest by investor. AFAIK , investor like Microsoft also interest on Etherium (ETH) and it being used for their project. Surely this will boost bitcoin influence around the world.

I think bitcoin will reach same interest as many people interest on gold, very soon.

Gold is a strong currency at the moment and also more popular than Bitcoin itself so that is nice for gold but it has also to rise and that is not now happening with Gold.
And people see now that they can earn more profit with Bitcoin so Bitcoin is also becoming more popular.

Gold will take care of me in future but at present I will choose to invest my all money into bitcoin because of halving which will allow me to make great profits.

That is a wise decision to you man, that is guaranteed that we al will earn from this coming halving as long we have some btc on our wallets. And after that I'm sure will go back to invest more to gold and bitcoin at the same and that could make you rich in the future, I guess.

Actually we are going to that direction, in the future we will go all digital as it is more easy, fast, and secure when doing transactions. Bitcoins has made it possible for us and in no time mass adoption will happen.

Am kinda scared when this cashless society happens. And you are right we are on our way there and no one can stop it.
All things are digital now, but still gold will be precious as that and everyone wants to have that as a jewelry.

that is just an speculation, we are far away from such society to happen. and even if it can happen one day that is going to be a slow and long transaction. and things that were valuable before will still be valuable but their value might change a bit.

I definitely agree with you on that front. We are certainly going to adopt bitcoin as an international currency, after the fiat monetary system collapses. It's just a matter of time. Gold and silver aren't really that divisible and portable - bitcoin is better in those areas.

But with precious metals, I think it is safe to say that they are still a pretty good store of value. For example, silver is used increasingly in technology and is a vital part of the manufacturing process(since silver is the best conductor electrically). After all, they have been used for thousands of years as money. Anything that outperforms fiat should be held instead of fiat currency.

As long as there's still a market for something like gold and bitcoin there's always a value to it. The rarer it is the higher the price. Gold is a good investment because there are many ways you can use it. Electronically they still use gold and for a jewelry it's the most common used. That's why gold keep rising every year.

Gold prefered for long term it is too risky to turn all your assets into bitcoin we never know what if someday in the future bitcoin crash to zero value
it is a very bad expectations bitcoin price is likely to be zero will always be there but not for a period of 100 years.
I believe bitcoin not yet reached its peak. so bitcoin still has a bright future. You do not need to think that bitcoin will drop to 0 because that price is still impossible now

Price falling to 0 means an end of bitcoin which is unlikely to happen in future, bitcoin has an potential to be more stronger then gold in future, so I will prefer to invest my money in bitcoin.

any thing can happen maybe after bitcoin unmineable, and no people interesting to use it, after found new technology in currency bitcoin can be drop to zero. just IMO Roll Eyes

Bitcoin can only die if it gets replaced by some innovative currency in future, but I don't think it will happen soon, till then we need to enjoy the party with bitcoin.

No way it can't it will be used for future purposes. And countries would see it very helpful.
And if that happens we are going to be cashless society.
