I think percentage wise it's an easy choice - bitcoin can easily go three, four, five times it's value in a short period of time. Good luck finding a property that will do the same thing. Granted, property value will probably be more stable than btc but I still think btc is the better choice if you have money to invest and aren't afraid of the bear market.

All of you guys are so lucky that you can afford to have a loan to own a house or have enough money to invest in bitcoin. Many people in many poor country don’t have that opportunity in life. But if given the chance i will prefer to invest in property and have my own house because it is so hard to pay every month for the rent, instead use the money for family expense. However investing in bitcoin is also good if you are investor, because if it goes up again like last year it is very easy for you to buy a house. But as for me, i can’t afford to risk my only money in bitcoin if i don’t have my own house to live in.

between these two investments such as bitcoin and property, bitcoin is more promising, from all classes like young people, parents and all segments of society preferring to invest in bitcoins that can rely on their producers, at a very high price.

We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows :

1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest}

The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit.

2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time.

I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances.  Angry

Investing in the property is indeed very good, but we have to think about it, how we will get from there. an example in my country if we buy land on a housing project for $ 20,000, and to build a house we need $ 7000, it means we have to spend $ 27,000. and if it is finished we can put a price of $ 40,000, can be seen we will get how much profit. and this I have to prove yes, of course, I invest property from bitcoin as well. indeed this takes a long time.

Real estate is a more reliable investment as you can never know what would happen on crypto market the next day.
Definitely, it is better to live in your own house/flat than to rent one having to spend on that up to 50% of your monthly earnings.
I've heard about some reckless adventurists who sold their houses and invested all the money in crypto - one has to be indeed a very risky bro to do that.

Nowadays properties are getting expensive each month. So, In my opinion, its your decision what will you choose bitcoin then its a big risk but I am not a bias or anything I would choose to save my properties first.

   Nowadays, being practical is the best strategy for me. Just buy a small house and lot then the rest is investing in bitcoin to gain more profit before investing again some real estate property. Bitcoin is the best investment at this moment. You can earn bigger in just a short of time.
Thats true I agree, you can choose both also if you afford. But today bitcoin is popular and you will earn profit easily, so I think bitcoin is much better.

If you are willing to risk it, go for bitcoin. We have to face it that it is much riksy to invest in bitcoin than in property since the value is not that stable. Not like properties which will only just increase in value over time.

For now the bitcoin is not really ideal because market price plays at minimal market price and this is not good because it could really lose some of your money especially if you had invested during the time when bitcoin market price is high. So investing in a property is a good choice.

I cant beleive  i missed the previous discussion. Investing in bitcoin tops the list for me. It is much more cheaper and can be more lucrative if given time.

Instead of leaving my money in the bank and keep receiving peanuts as interests, I'll invest into bitcoin and reap more both short and long term.

To me investing in both is the best option. It is never a wide decision to lay one's egg in one basket. Both are profitable investments; while Bitcoin is a long term investment, property can yield returns in few monhts.

Well, these days, people would go for Bitcoin, as it is the best long-term investment out there now. It is also true that real-estate market is profitable in some parts of the world, but not everywhere. Not everyone can afford to invest in real-estate sector.

Buy an apartment in some poor country with half of your saving ( no need a loan probably) and then rent it.
Buy bitcoin with the other half of your savings.

I would never buy an expensive house these times.. it will worth nothing in 20 years + there will be some war/earthquake that can destroy it in no time.

For I'd rather invest in property like house and lot, as we all know every year the price of property is increasing, and also I'd rather have my own house than a pocket full of money.

Investment in property is a very secure way and a risk free but you can't expect a huge profit of it than in bitcoin, you can earn big profit from bitcoin with a small amount of investment but it is also has a risk so this two option is both okay for me.
This is what I've learned from my parents and as well as from financial coaches, if it's not the stock market they'll suggest it is the real estate / properties.

When you have the property, you don't have to think of any monthly rentals to pay but instead you can use it to start your own rental business while having the property. This is what they call, earn money while sleeping which everyone wants to happen.

If you can't avail to have your own property, there are many options that you can choose like crypto's but make sure that you have your own goal of having your own property and start saving.
