There's always that forum contest, haven't looked at it on Discord yet but there're always a few interesting entries.
I haven't properly celebrated either on the forum for a couple of years. Think I'll just about look into it, something similar to what I've done before. Pizza's not really hitting my belly though, or by the time it does, I'm too sick.

Those who mined it early or bought it when it was cheaper are enjoying their lives now but those who haven't bought it yet could still buy it and have some good returns in a decade or two. 
Those who mined it early could have also sold it early when the price rose a little bit, or they could have lost their coins, because BTC was not worth much back then, and there was not so much incentive to store BTC's safely. However, it is not even about people making money, this is just a time to appreciate how far BTC has come and how much growth it has experienced from the early times until today, it is a great feeling to be part of this network and community. 
Those times are gone when someone needed to spend 10k Bitcoin to buy two Pizzas now you can buy more than 15k pizzas with 1 BTC. Not 10k but 15k pizzas.

Makes you look at things in perspective too because bitcoin at some point was a worthless internet money but then things changed for the better and the change was really something that people never expected, maybe some at the early stages believed it but the people that were skeptical were much more compared to those that believe it. You can definitely still make money though, bitcoin still has a potential to grow even higher and this probably not the last time that it's going to happen so we definitely still have time and don't waste it, just keep on investing. I don't try to convert Bitcoin to my local currency because you can use 1 BTC to own a fortune here in my country.Buying a pizza for 10k Bitcoin 14 years ago and to buy 10k pizza for just one Bitcoin today shows how far it has gone for the digitized currency, it is really worth celebrating because 14 years ago few or no one knew that Bitcoin will reach this height. Possibly 14 years from now again we will record another milestone that Bitcoin has achieved. The power of HODL is the key to achieving that milestone.
Well thank you bitcoin for giving me an excuse to order pizza LOL.
But seriously speaking, I am nowhere near you and I also do not know any community around me that celebrated Bitcoin Pizza day. It’s definitely an event that makes us think of bitcoin in another perspective. Seeing how much it has grown these past years makes me feel confident and hopeful about the future.
I hope someday I’d get to celebrate this day again and be able to buy more pizzas with just 1 btc.

Oh man that sounds like fun and I wish can make it, a pizza party with bitcoiners is always fun! I don’t think I could ever top the legendary meet up at Bitcoin 2023 at the most authentic Italian pizza place off of Collin’s Ave in Miami. So many OGs were there, artists, coin makers, Bitcoin OGs it was certainly a privilege. Happy BTC Pizza Day 2024!

What ETH etf?
Last time I checked ETH was a security and the SEC was supposed to go after its developers. Joe Lubin isn't very happy about it
Eth has been dumping for a while now and it seems like people aren't convinced that there will be such ETF this year.
IMO proof of stake sucks it basically allows people who have a lot of money in ETH to get more for free.
Maybe make a Pizza that would be edible?
