It would not be wrong to say that May 22nd was a memorable day as 10 thousand bitcoins were spent for just two pizzas on that day. People will remember this memorable day as long as cryptocurrencies exist as long as Bitcoin exists. After 13 years we are so sorry for his stupidity but imagine the reaction of new members 50 years from now when they find out about it. Because 50 years from now the value of Bitcoin is likely to increase several times, if someone hears that someone once paid 10,000 Bitcoins for two pizzas, they will think this event is imaginary.
Wow every year for the last 3 year i buy pizza with bitcoin. Just because now it cost 0.00150679 BTC for my 3 Papa John Pizza's. Hey If we all knew Bitcoin was going to go up in value back we would have all done more to buy more Bitcoin back than. But lets be honest we're still early to the party. Keep staking and take profit along the way to live a better life.

For those of you that were around last year on Pizza Day...what was the cost (in btc) at that time?
Bitcoin was ~$120, it was around 0.09BTC per pizza.

If I recall correctly we just had the bubble pop from the 250 dollar peak about a month ago and the rapid rally that occurred from the 90 dollar range was stabilizing around 120-140 Dollars a Bitcoin it was around March and April that Bitcoin was starting to get picked up in news and the price was on a big rush before the flash crash with neutral sentiment for the next few months till the Halloween rally with a bunch of China Speculation.
nothing better than an excuse to buy pizzas.
