Has the traffic at Nitrogen improved since they started poker?

Well sealswithclubs.eu is gone and Micon started swcpoker.eu - so there is a change.
pocketrocketscasino.eu is now mostly dice + roulette/blackjack - no poker for now.

What do you mean by LIVE bitcoin poker? I am sure live would be more of a cash game with FIAT and not btc. Thanks!

I can't believe you didn't include Win88.
As far as I know Win88 doesn't have poker... Am I missing something?!?
