It's hard to become specific on bitcoin price right now since we've experience price volatility at it's crucial moments. Definitely, the experience wasn't that great for all whom able to invest during the bounces of btc price. The probability is there, but we need to consider bigger potential to be have good outcome in the future. In coming December, hopefully at least $15k -$20k range can be achieved further.

I don't know what bitcoin price will be by DEC 2019 but one thing is certain,many new developers and companies are already using the block chain technology which is good for crypto world and this means that bitcoin price will be more stable than we've seen on the past so I'm less worried about the future of crypto

All will depend on what the market will look like at the end of October and November will be because most time more people do take profit in the month of December and that usually bring the price down. In my opinion, I will predict Bitcoin market value should be at the range of $12,000 to $14,000 at the end of December 2019 if and if all things remain equal.

we have already passed 14k usd this second quarter means we can also make above that price.12k usd for me is just a chicken seeing the bull stays already for more than a month now.and also having Bitcoin halving in next year Q2?for sure another hype will happen and this time together with altcoin as well because alts had left behind now and we cant even see some good movements even in top 5 from bitcoin Thank you.

I remember having the same guess of btc price same as OP when the bull run haven't started yet. But now $20k is not even a question of if we can reach it again. Most likely is when will we reach $20k or what will be the the new all time high. With bitcoin everything is possible and the coming events of the future will really give btc more than enough gas to reach not just the moon destination.

At this moment, the price of the bitcoin is rising again after a brief correction last week. Its present price is already above your target of $12k and it may still go up in the coming days according to some technical analysis. During the final week of June, the price reached $13k, its highiest price in 17 months, before gave in to price correction. If we see were the price will be we would not predict but since we can not see were it will be that is why we predict or forecast.
