Well looks like bitcoin has maintained its above $5000 pricing. I think we'll see $6000-$7000 by the end of the year with a dip back to around $4500.
Bitcoin will reach $5000 because it stayed at 4000$ mark despite the bans from china, south korea and russia. If the experts are saying it will rise, well maybe i will hold on to their crypto technical prowess. People are raising awareness on Bitcoin and even if they don't fully understand it they will try to buy because they know its value is appreciating. Bitcoin is a "rising tide" that raises all ships according to a blockchain consultant so let's see in the next 3 years.
The habit is when the Bitcoin's price is up, altcoin's price would be down and vice versa. On some scenarios, even though Bitcoin's price was up. Altcoin's price still going up as well, like ICONOMI and MONACO a month ago. It depends on the recent updates of the team of those coins so make sure to check them.

btc will most likely drop after the fork, the main question is how low will it go and how fast will it rebound. and this is the second fork, hence the market might respond differently.

People just throw out stuff like "soon 10,000" or "I think they should be 50,000 each", but very few seem to give a reasoning for it.

If you trade bitcoin on wex it is almost 5000$. we should target 6000$ or 7000$ for bitcoin

i like to buy eth coins and bit coins so for that reason i have to exchange all my alt coins and buying bit coin, eth coins. next in October i have to buy few bit coins so now i'm trying to saving few amount of money for that.really bit coin price may increase then i have to buy otherwise it may go down i will stop to buying. but i want to buy few coins atleast in this month.

I believe it's gonna keep going up until the hard fork with Bitcoin Gold, then it will get dumped for altcoins. There is a lot of profits to be made if played right !
if the bitcoin price reaches $ 5000 means many cryptocurrency users are happy to use bitcoin and do not use altcoin and that could make the price of altcoin down because of the interest of the community
