In my opinion the "moon" has always been a point where Bitcoin just rockets up and stays there. So even though the value is incredibly high right now, I don't believe it is "moon" level right now, at least in the old terminology.

There are a lot of things that matter and there are variables with far more influence than most, but in a nutshell the ETF being confirmed would likely trigger a moon event, at least for a while.

I'm not sure if these would be the correct terms to describe such an event, because in the current case Bitcoin has had slower and steady growth compared to other occasions, such as in 2013 when a large part of the price increase was occasioned by a bubble effect.

The phrase "bitcoin goes to the moon" means constantly grow of the price for this currency. Every year the price get doubled or rise for 80% as minimum. Everybody see even much higher perspectives for the price and that's why you can see on the forum such kind of posts.

that's right. Bitcoin has gained a lot of positive results in the previous year and we can see that the price has tripled since the early 2016. We cant be still sure on the price would continue to rise even more that we never dream off but the potential is there to reach prices on high point and now it even more than golds value.If the demand will increase then expect the price will rise too.

True, bitcoin will rise again on 9-11 March, when will be received in the SEC (the regulatory body trading) US. the possibility of bitcoin prices will soar even higher. but if it is rejected, the bitcoin will decrease dramatically as possible. This then causes the current bitcoin further rise in price

Everytime i read more comments about bitcoin "go to the moon" its an popular term of bitcoin price goes up. As i observed in this forum sometimes we are in common reply to the topic. So this year bitcoin price is nothing can stop it is go to the moon.

Yes bitcoin's price increasing is called go to the moon and some people said the price will become $2000 up to $3000 in the end 2017 year, their prediction is based on the perception of the public towards the resumption of Bitcoin withdrawals at the Chinese exchanges and the ETF decision. But however it is still prediction use analysis technical, no body know about the future.

Wait for ETF disapproval. It will destroy traders' dreams and price will crash, probably to the similar level it crashed after pump of 2013.
Call me paranoid but I will be selling large portion of my coins next week, just before SEC will announce their decision.
By doing this I will ensure that when price crash I will be able to rebuy some of my coins, and when ETF will be approved I still will have some BTC.

No no... You are not paranoid you just calculate about possibility include the risk losing money and
what will happens with bitcoin's price, it is good and I have said before no body know about the future, we are discussing about the bitcoin's price, because every one has different way to make analysis fundamental.
