It seems to me that bitcoin will grow in price and progress every year more and more.

Yesterday bitcoin had collapsed after the results of SEC decision and issue of bitcoin unlimited back sticking out, the price had been below 1000 usd, but this is gradually recovered due to news of bitcoin offroad from japan and increased trading volume in arab peninsula. I am sure bitcoin will continue to rise until the end of this year even though it is not above 2000 usd.

I beleive bitcoin will be still successful this year 2017. Because of its adoption in any countries and users will increase, more attracts users. Bitcoin will be its leading in any online currency.

i think its not just in europe, because japan its ready to use bitcoin as payment and i think the government is accepting bitcoin and allow people to use bitcoin in every place in japan. i hope that in europe and japan will be ATM machine that we can use so we can use it directly to buy and sell our bitcoin.

It is good to hear that there are some countries where bitcoin is really welcome and accepted like in Europe, especially they've bulid a lot of bitcoin ATM machine to their different location there. Here in my country we only have 1 Bitcoin ATM machine and located at civilized place. I do believed bitcoin will never be stop by anyone to take off it will surely continuously in progress soon

I would comment the same thing because the price is the proof that there is a little bit of a demand in the whole Bitcoin Supply. Since people want Bitcoins that much there must be a logical reason why they do. The clients that have Bitcoin Wallets installed on it and feature the whole Bitcoin Blockchain shows that there is also a team of people working on making Bitcoin something better for the people that use it.

Choice between bitcoin and a bugged clone shouldn't be a problem but that doesn't mean that bitcoin dev don't have to improve it.
Anyway the progression this year is quite good and we can see a new records

It has been awesome so far,quite a lot of good news surrounding BTC,although there is a debate between BTC and BTU and which is better,I think that as for now the logic choice has been made and BTC is on a good track

Main currency of the world? Yes, it is a worldwide currency because it is a crypto currency but I don't think that bitcoin is included to the main currency of the world. How many are using bitcoin as of now? Due to the low number of people that uses bitcoin, I doubt it being a main currency worldwide. Although I agree that bitcoin is continuously progressing but bitcoin as a main currency of the world (today), it's a no for me.

Each year it gains not just momentum but continual dominant establishment. And established globally, I mean even in this forum, so many from Philippines, Indonesia, India, USA, Europe, Africa here. Many trades in China, Russia, South America as well. That is global establishment which continues to get stronger.

Bitcoin has emerged as the king of all asset classes for store of value. No other asset can touch it, not Stocks, not Gold, not Real Estate, not Bonds.

Additionally no altcoin can ever touch Bitcoin as store of value because no one will ever trust that altcoin's organizer of its premine "fairness" and Bitcoin has been already established around the GLOBE for many years.

There is power in Bitcoin's simple transmission via a communications channel to another country without requiring an intermediary. The full combination of decentralized enforced by small blocksize, immutable, cryptographically secured, established for nearly a decade, and scarce in supply is what makes it beautiful and strong.

Bitcoin cannot be transformed into worthless, expendible fiat or trashcash.
Scaling can be introduced to Bitcoin without touching bitcoins code and simply using one or many 3rd party intermediaries. Even trash cash has a vast network of such things like Visa network or Mastercard Network. The bitcoin community is much smarter than either of these networks, so wait and see.

Bitcoin 2017 year has been great gaining momentum from the previous year. Getting ATH this year is an accomplishment. Experienced a lot of ups and downs, but still bitcoin is standing. Their's still a major roadblock ahead, which is the scaling issue. Debate has been going on, but I hope when the dust settles, we will see bitcoin ecosystem to flourish more. We are not even half of the year, but the price of bitcoin is looking good. We all hope that the price will continue to rise so that another ATH will be achieved at the end of the year.

I think bitcoin has good prospects in the beginning of 2017 proved bitcoin prices rose to $ 1,000 or more, this is a good start for the development and progress in the future bitcoin

IMO, bitcoin will keep increase until the end of 2017 as bitcoin demand keep larger than before.
For now, I'm keep invest 10% of my main salary every month into bitcoin since I trust bitcoin over a gold recently


Bitcoin have their own way to make profit because they are unique

Everyone think positive about bitcoin. Because it is new and latest creative thing and also it is belong to money. But it is crypto currency, it give us a lot of facilities, not only for earning wise, even we use it where we want to use.  No doubt every new year will be great for bitcoin. 

Every year bitcoin is getting better and as the price starts to drop for the last weeks. Now the price seems to be back again and it's now getting higher again and able to reach $1,100. I do believe that the price will get up high again and more people will start to realize that core bitcoin will always be the most preferred crypto.

Bitcoin is doing extremely well this year, although there is some bump about the scaling issue, but the improvement in 2017 is great, the user keep on increasing the popularity keep on adding, and there is some movie mentioning about bitcoin, and bitcoin ever made headline news in some country, I am so optimistic that bitcoin will do wonderfully in the future

yes i also think so that bitcoin will remain one of the main currency of the world. and in 2017 bitcoin will also get more and more success.

yeah bitcoin will be get more successful in this year because a huge number of people are joining bitcoin and bitcoin will getting more popularity in this year. 

Since we touch and stay back in 4 digit i think we will experience more slow movement these coming months due to many bad news we are heard. Like Bu fork.. or if segwit wins maybe there is more advantage or more price increased.

Bitcoin adoption among big companies decreased: Dell, Fiverr or even Humble Bundle are not accepting bitcoin payments.
It will create huge possibilities for 'faster and cheaper altcoins': Ethereum is growing, they will have Raiden implemented  soon, it will enable them to process payments on similar scale than Visa and MasterCard.
Meanwhile bitcoin has... huge fees and long confirmation times.
