Looks like people prefer not to sell their bitcoins for cheap, but to put them into Bitcoin Pyramid.

Just looked at my account and still no random payout for me? why is this ?
At the time I'm writing, you've just over one bitcent deposited. According to the rules and the way they work, this puts you waaaay down the pecking order when it comes to allocating random values.
To compare:
I'm http://bitcoinpyramid.com/r/91 - I arrived 200 members before you, and have over 200 times the deposit you have. To date, I've had 2 or 3 random deposits in that whole time.
There are previous posts in this thread that analyse and simulate the likelihood of various users getting random payments. It's strongly weighted in favour of those with more deposits than even I have; iirc I'm likely to get a random payment in less than 2% of all deposits....
So, chin up! Deposit more and get more folk to join up. The more deposits you have, and the more folk in general make deposits, the more likely you are to get randoms!

Unfortunately according to current rules ads are not associated with any particular person and can't be edited
When you preview your ad, there is also a footnote "You won't be able to edit the ad once it is published." near the "Publish" button. I'd like to be consistent with this policy because it is my responsibility to leave the system as secure and transparent as possible, and to ensure dividends to Bitcoin Pyramid members.
People that do not want the ad to be displayed (for whatever reason) are supposed to oppose it by depositing sufficient amount to its con address. And, of course, they can add and support ads which they like.

True... But received (confirmed) deposits immediately go to random pyramid members. That is why Bitcoin Pyramid (unlike mybitcoin.com) waits for 6 confimations. Btw, thanks for your feedback and for placing your ad (it is working now)!
No problem, did actually check the other desposits before hand, thought 0.4 was cheap. but guess im 2nd from top

I can see in Block Explorer that 0.4 btc has been deposited just couple blocks ago. Please wait until this transaction receives 6 confirmations.
